There are two parts to the hotel: the 5 year old half and the newer, recently constructed section. If you can stay in the newer half, then do it. It's cleaner and better constructed. This hotel isn't in the guidebook but it was recommended by my Cambodian's friend's acquaintance. This hotel provided us with A/C, hot water, & cable TV. The room was relatively clean.
