Was back in Tuy Hoa for a short time. Staying over Tet, Bobs Cafe was mowed out.but the girls ,Phuong and Bob just got stuck into the long orders of pizza, burgers, and all the lush food, but still had chance to chat, making every body welcome, .Just a little cafe, but wow, big in food and warm servings , keep on... We stayed here the 2nd time because of two reasons. First, after travelling Vietnam for more than two months, we where not able to find another place where we felt as welcome as here. Second, last time the highlands where too cold and we left Pleiku out on our motorbiketour. This got us a good excuse to come back. The... More

I am an expat living in Tuy Hoa. Bob's has amazing pizza -- I eat it almost once a week. The other food is great, too. Bob also gives great advice about local attractions and restaurants. He takes care of his customers! Don't underestimate Tuy Hoa, either. It is a great place to visit and it isn't overrun by tourists.

I went to Tuy Hoa after my motorbike decided to eat itself. I'd heard good things about Bob and Phoung's place so I thought I would check it out. People weren't wrong! As soon as I arrived I was warmly welcomed and Bob helped me to get the bike sorted by taking it to a nearby garage. The place has... More

Me and my girlfriend spent two nights in bobs hostel. Straight away we felt at home, bob and his wife were both very helpful and were great hosts. We arrived at Bob's cafe late in the evening and were warmly welcomed by Bob. We stayed 3 nights and discovered the fantastic Coast near Tuy Hoa by one of Bob's motorbikes (5$ a day). The dorm is small, but completely fine, clean and has very comfortable beds! Beside the beautiful nature, the not ending beach (150 meters from Bob's)... More

Thank you. We're here to assist travelers in about any way we can and enjoy what we do. I guess that shows. We recently finished our updated tourist map of the area with more information about local places to find good Vietnamese food as well as some area attractions. While we can't give them away (as we wanted to) due... More

I was planning on staying in the dorm for a couple of nights, spent an afternoon there, but began feeling sick and decided to stay elsewhere so to not keep the other guests awake with coughing fits during the night, even with having a shower and having a lye down for a few hours Bob did not want me to... We stayed at Bob`s for two days before and three days after a trip through the central highlands that Bob recommended to us. Both times we enjoyed it tremendously. The Dormroom is kind of small and a bit dark, but the beds are extremely comfortable and each has a individual light with adjustable brightness and a fan. The bathroom is... More

Thank you for the nice review and, we both agree you were nice to have visit us. We would love to put a window in that room or even in the wall in the hallway!! As you know it's just not possible; the houses are built too close beside us here. If we could we really would. Yes, we will... More

Thank you but, this is what we do. Good food, good motorbikes, hot showers and a good nights sleep. Our tourist information help is just a normal part of it; local information, maps, suggestions and places to go for good Vietnamese food in and around town. More
