On arrival, we were disappointed with the scruffy appearance of the hotel. A man appeared, equally scruffy (owner?), looked uninterested but showed us the room. The stairs were worn and bare; the room was tiny (but clean), bathroom was tinier; church nearby clanged every 15 minutes.
