This hotel is located in a small town not too far from the famous landmarks of Normandy, we booked two rooms for a last minute family weekend trip and it worked out great. It's a good spot for touring some of the Calvados/cider making locations in the region and ~1 hour drive to the WW2 beaches and landmarks. The rooms... More

This reasonably priced hotel is in a good location in the centre of the town and has a terrace and restaurant. The room we had was quite small but was clean, comfortable and had a large bathroom. We were on the second floor (no lift) where the WiFi signal was weak and the connection was dropped frequently, especially on the... More

Dear Karine - we had a very good time staying for 3 nights in your hotel. You and your staff members were very helpful. Your food was very good and the rooms were comfortable. Shame that shops and restaurants virtually closed down for two of our three days stay! I found the shower too hot so instructions would be a... More

Very historic town, was COMPLETELY flattened in 1944. Nice hotel, late bar, nice locals, food nice, steaks are cooked very rare, on edge of Swiss Normandy. I drove round it quickly. Some nice places. I would stop and eat there again.

We stopped at this hotel on the way back to Ouistreham - we had our Logis de France guide with us and found that this hotel was not far from our route. The service was very good and the menu varied. We were both very pleased with our meals.

the check in at this hotel was anything but friendly. we were left to feel like we were disturbing the woman at reception who didnt even offer to get someone to carry my 80 year old mother's suitcase up to the room. thankfully a gentleman met in the stairs was more helpful. The room and shower room were adequate, small but... We picked this as a central location for a late-autumn trip to Normandy; it's central enough for day trips to Bayeux, the D-day beaches, the beautiful Suisse Normande countryside but, through no fault of the hotel, the weather was rather grim. The staff are all very friendly and our room was comfortable though we did have grave problems pulling the... More

We stayed here for two nights en-route to Biarritz, but we also planned to visit the Normandy D-Day museums. It was a lovely, clean hotel. The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. I travelled with my husband and two young daughters aged 10 and 8 and were given a good sized... More

Very clean hotel, especially the toilet. Ample parking space for hotel customers. Restaurant on the ground floor which is reasonably priced. Friendly, English speaking staff. It's actually a very basic hotel, no tea and coffee in the room. The downside is - no air conditioning so felt a bit warm. Windows were left opened to let the breeze in. But... More

This is a typical small town French hotel so don't expect the Ritz. However, the rooms are clean and reasonably equipped, the staff are friendly and helpful and speak English, and the restaurant provides a good meal at sensible prices. The town is pleasant and it is close to the motorway making it good for a night stop.
