Stayed for 3 nights in a family room. Very rural so ideal if you want to cycle direct from hotel and well located to see the delights of the Camargue Breakfast was served onto the rooms private terrace which was a lovely touch Restaurant offers a limited menu but fabulous home cooked food - our favourite was the duck in... 3 nights in this very simple but charming little hotel run by a firmer Casino de Paris dancer. For lovely lucious meals and pool, you can go to the nearby Mas de Peintre. Nights are 1/5th of the price at sweet Longo Mai.

Pretty, quiet hotel with well kept gardens. Not much going on in Le Sambuc as far as I could tell but a worthwhile stopover if you need to break your journey given that the food served here is so good. The room was downstairs, with a small private terrace equipped with table, chairs and sun umbrella. The room was clean... More
