We were two families - four adults and two toddlers. We stayed in Lodge 3, which has one master bedroom (ensuite) with queen bed and sofa, another bedroom with queen bed, and a kid's room with double decker beds (this was locked up as we didn't need it). There was a large communal bathroom, a dining area that leads into... More

We stayed there for 2 nights to experience farmstay & to visit Twelve Apostle with my 2 n half year old daughter . Lodge 1 is the nearest to the barn. You can hear Macka herding the cows in the morning & in the evening & cows moo-ing. Andy & Jack the dog were there & will be busy occupying... More

Coming from a city state like Singapore, where farms were long being replaced by skyscrapers and public housing, Macka’s Farm is an excellent place to bring our toddler son there to interact with animals. Unlike other “touristy” farms that I have been to, Macka Farm is a working farm, meaning Macka himself has to tend to his farm to make... More

We stayed at Macka's for a couple of nights and had great fun. The lodge was very comfortable with a nice fireplace. My 5 year old son had an awesome time at the farm with all animals around and especially the very loving dogs while were so playful. Macka and Trudi were very kind hosts indeed and made our stay... Something wonderful about being on a working farm. Fantastic location. Kids are loving it, keep telling me it is 'very homely'. They are in love with the young animals. We are in the big house so have everything we need and are toasty and warm.

We stayed at the Farmhouse with another family for a night. It was comfortable and spacious, and the kitchen was well-equipped. As we only stayed for 1 night, only 1 bathroom and a separate toilet were availed to us so the 8 of us had to take turns. Soap was not provided, and you have to bring your own food.... More

Spent 3 nights in Lodge 2 with our 2 boys, 2 and 4. They loved watching Macka milk the cows and walking around to feed all the animals. We were lucky to see piglets born. Hosts are very friendly and our 4 year old didn't want to leave.

We stayed at the farm for one night with our five-year-old daughter. We were very excited about this opportunity to stay at an Aussie farm doing all kinds of farm activities, however, we were a little bit disappointed. The "farm activiteis" in the morning are rather quick and very simple, which includes feeding milk to baby cows, and a couple... More

Macka is up by 5am and milks his herd of cows around 6am and 4.30pm. And sometimes doesn't finish till 7pm. So do excuse the very busy farmer if he doesn't hold your hand and show you the farm like a tour agent. His wife, Trudi, is the hospitality side, who will explain patiently and show guests around the farm,... More
