We thoroughly enjoyed our large room and ensuite . Lovely and warm and everything is immaculately clean. The room is so quite and Lyn and Neil are wonderful hosts . Great breakfast included . We had dinner in Port Campbell at Real food Pizza - delicious . Would highly recommend it.

I first stayed at Arabella Homestead in 2004 and I have stayed there many times since usually in June on The Queens Birthday Long Weekend, I have always enjoyed my stays there so much I now spend three nights there as well as seeing the sights each day, I have come to know Neil and Lynne very well and my visits there are always looked forward too very much. My next visit, Hopefully soon once the infamous ring of steel around Melbourne is lifted. P.S. By the way my last visit was June 2019

Great location for us after our long drive from Melbourne, we drove all the way to port campbel and worked our way back up stopping at the bay of islands, London bridge, and loch ard gorge. It was getting late by then so we checked into to Arabella b&b. Neil and Lynne were very welcoming. The house was very lovely. We had the family room. One double bed and 2 single and an ensuite, room was very spacious and clean. The bed was so comfortable. There were also books and games for the kids in our room. Short drive out to town for some dinner. There is nothing around within walking distance though. In the morning we had cooked breakfast which was lovely. Other options like toast, yoghurt, muesli and fresh fruits were also available. there was a fridge along the corridor, with juice and water for us to help ourselves to. Our kids loved Bill, the friendly Jack Russel. Thank you Neil and Lynne. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone.

Lynne and Neil, the owners, are the cutest older couple. Very friendly and their dog Bill is so cute! The guesthouse has 4 rooms, we were in Cape Otoway room. The decor is... traditional shall we say but it couldn’t be any other way! It was very clean and the breakfast provided is comprehensive and very good! Neil chatted to us in the morning giving us some tips on our trip. There is a little fridge in the corridor with sodas, water and beers, and a fruit bowl on top that you can help yourself to. Location is great, very remote and peaceful (we saw kangaroos from our window in the morning!) and about 15 mins drive to 12 apostles. My only down points are there is no internet and the water was cold when I tried to have a bath.

This place is special. The proprietors clearly believe in a very high level of service and standards - I had very quickly come to believe that this place oozes standards, as everything is just so in the nicest sense. My room was big and very comfortable - everything I needed was to hand, and the place was spotless. Breakfast was a real experience - it looked so good that it seemed almost a shame to eat it, and, of course, it tasted just as good. And the view was stupendous out across rolling grassland to the cliffs and the southern ocean - what a joy it must be to wake up to that each morning. And the two proprietors are so welcoming and kind. I had in fact made a bungle with my booking, and they sorted it out for me just like that and with no fuss. Truly this is a special place, which I would recommend to anyone.

I found the place to be charming and I definitely did not see any places that looked to be nicer while we were hanging around in Port Campbell. The location is excellent, very close to the Twelve Apostles. It was easy to find even in the dark. The couple who run the place are very nice and I enjoyed talking to them. There was a nice view of the ocean in the dining room and while we enjoyed breakfast our hostess made us aware of some colorful birds in their garden that were amazing to see. The host recommended a movie about a dog who was trained to protect the little penguins. I will be checking that out. I did not have any problems with the room, the decor, the owners, or the dog. It was fun to play with the dog.

I spent a night here to be closer to the Port Campbell NP. The house is lovely - quiet, spacious, comfortable, amazing views. I loved having the lounge room for guests, and being able to make cups of tea. My room was really large and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was fantastic - it had a spa bath. The heater was really warm on a cold day. The little things were really nice - free drinks in the fridge, chocolates in the room, books on birds, mammals and the GOR in the lounge. Breakfast was really good - don't miss the fruit salad. Lynne and Neil were warm and friendly and my stay was perfect. Highly recommended.

We booked Arabella Country House after reading all the good reviews and don't regret our decision at all.. the place was beautiful and elegant and gives a feeling of stepping back in time.. the place has been lovingly preserved by the owners who were very nice, sweet people who took care of the tiniest details from the welcome tea to the delicious breakfast the next morning.. although the weather was not so great for our visit, the lovely house made up for it. We had a good sleep in the very comfortable beds and although short, the stay gave us what we were looking for: a good rest in comfy surrounds and the homely feeling was a plus.. also must commend them for keeping the little things in consideration.. there were board games for kids who loved playing them and the countryside surrounding the property is just gorgeous..would love to go for a longer stay next time.

We stayed here for 1 night on our way to Adelaide. Lynne instantly made us feel welcome by greeting us at the door with her two lovely dogs. I'd read a previous review about the dog smell, which we all noticed on arrival, but it really was only apparent up towards their private living quarters. The rooms, while dated, were spotless, and I had my first proper night's sleep since we left the UK thanks to those comfy beds. Breakfast was divine – cooked to order, utterly delicious and with a phenomenal view to the ocean. Lynne couldn't have been more accommodating; you really are staying in their home, which made for a very memorable experience. It's also fantastic for visiting the 12 Apostles, which we did that evening to watch the small penguins come ashore at sunset – a must-see event. Before that we'd driven into Port Campbell for dinner – 12 Rocks Beach Bar Cafe, which we can recommend – which is a 20min drive away.
