We really liked everything: the surroundings, the friendly staff, the room was quite big and breakfast was delicious... and tastes even better when you have it at the verandah, facing the beautiful vegetation. We do recommend a car to see all the sites around. However, we think the Inn is very well located - you are at a walking distance... More

We booked this venue based on the high ratings on booking.com. We were not disappointed. Rosa, the owner was a wonderful, friendly woman who made you feel welcome and appreciated. The gardens and decor were amazingly beautiful. Everything was clean and well maintained and the delicious breakfast was made to order. The only con was the twin bed which small... More

I recommend this friendly Inn to everybody who needs a stay in the puuk region. It's so charming and the service is so friendly and excellent at this place. Beautiful and clean rooms with everything inside. Very comfortable. We had a three night stay and had also excellent dinner here.

Had a relaxing two day stay in this charming and friendly Inn conveniently close to some of the best archaeological sites in the Yucatan. Comfortable room, excellent bathroom, good breakfasts on the terrace all set in a beautiful tropical garden. A short walk brings you to the Pickled Onion restaurant, an equally charming and reasonable place for meals. Would definitely... More

This is not your average 5 star destination hotel. In matter fact breakfast is very repetitive and I would recommend our fantastic Host, Cristina, to add a few different marmalades and perhaps some cheese and oats to delicious omelettes and fruit breakfast already offered. Cristina is indeed an amazing host who took care of every individual guest and made sure... More

Everything about Flycatcher was exquisite, charming, totally comfortable, beautifully presented, from the Mayan and Oaxacan artwork throughout the rooms to the wonderful breakfasts to the incredibly warm and helpful owner and and staff. Our family of five stayed two nights. Convenient to Uxmal and about four other archeological sites, to the flamingos of Celestun, to several other small towns in... More

While traveling from Tulum to Campeche we read reviews on this property and found it to be a nature lovers paradise away from all the beach vacationers. The Uxmal Ruins were recommended by the owner and she was not wrong. No crowds like Chichen Itza and the natural beauty and peaceful views were nothing short of dreamlike. The rooms at... More

The Flycatcher Inn is our favorite destination in the Yucatan. The Inn is in close proximity to Uxmal and the Puuc Route and meets all of my Wife and my needs. Kristine and Santiago are a great asset in helping visitors with all things Maya. Rosa is a great hostess and a real joy to converse with every morning. What's... More

John and I unexpectedly had an extra night, so we made sure to stay here again! As before, the serenity and beauty was matched by the excellent food and service. Our schedule allowed us to take advantage of the breakfast on the patio, with cooked-to-order eggs. several kinds of fruit, and coffee or tea. The room was well-appointed, and we... More
