Visiting again in October on our way to Tuscany. Arrived just before the storms broke. The room is adequate with an extremely comfortable bed. Dinner as always no choice but beautiful food The pasta dish was sublime and portions not too large to prevent you from eating all 4 courses. Please note that if it is raining you will need... More

An elegant, imposing house, full of character and presence; a warm and friendly reception from both staff and the proprietors; rooms that, while perhaps lacking a little character, had every facility one might expect; and a swimming pool in which to relax after a long journey. All these made for an excellent overnight stay, but the meal was quite another... More

A particular Piedmontese light greets you as you walk up the drive to Valentina and Luigi's beautiful Ottocento house which has been sensitively added to over the years, passing through the elegant archway and original courtyard to a larger courtyard where you are shown by Rumi or Daniel to your spacious bedroom and adjoining bathroom, all very tastefully decorated and... Staying here is like home from home. You are assured of a warm welcome from Valentina and Luigi. Although there is no choice for dinner the food is always excellent and well prepared from fresh local ingredients.

The usual hosts that other reviewers rave about were on holiday for our stay. Given that this agriturismo seems to be based on the personal touch, it would have been for them to have informed us of this before / when we booked. It was priced slightly higher than many similar arrangements and so we had fairly high hopes. Overall,... More

We have stayed many times at Terensano, and must honestly say that it gets better every time!! Valentina, Luigi and Anna keep their home in tip top shape and they are the most wonderful hosts. They really open up their home to you and make you feel as if you are part of their family. The grounds are lovely, the... More

We arrived here after and long hard driving and in all my time of using Logis de France in France I have never had such a warm welcome as we did here - Valentina gave us hugs and kisses and the warmest 'Bienvenuto in mia casa' one could ever hope for! Our room was rustic but clearly recently modernised and... More

We spent one night at this charming establishment among the vineyards of Cortese on our way from Milan to Genoa. There are many buildings in this large agriturismo and we had a small, simple bedroom (#1) in the back area. The room was very clean, with a wardrobe, suitcase rack, table and chair, with double bed and window facing the... More

My husband and I stayed at the Agriturismo Terensano for one night, and it was an amazing experience! When we arrived we were greeted by the owners and they showed us to our room. It was very clean and comfortable. We freshened up and then walked around the property, which consists of a farm, vineyard and outdoor pool area. Before... More

An out of the way Agriturismo that is superb. Rooms are definitely not modern and restaurant is not pretentious but is superb. We have stayed here regularly over recent years and never been disappointed. WiFi is possible dependent where you are. This is a working wine estate and is a no-frills place to stay but is very, very good. There... More
