A lovely place ran by smashing people. Nice rural and plush farmhouse setting, a great menu and drinks available. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. I stayed whilst on the Coast to coast walk but would recommend to stay there for short break. Within an hours walk to stunning views of the vales, and the Cleveland Hills

Arrived here late in the evening, very tired, and was given a warm welcome. Room was delightful, and blissfully quiet. Watched the World Cup Grand Final on the TV in their guest sitting room, and almost felt that I was at home. Breakfast was hearty and Mike (host) seemed to treat guests more as family members than as strangers. Travelling... More

We had a long day walking on coast to coast before staying in this very comfortable place. Beverley and mike were the most welcoming and personable hosts, prosecco on arrival with extra to celebrate our coast to coast wedding! The room was very clean and comfortable, a nice touch having filter coffee in the room! The breakfast was great and... More

We were five friends travelling the Coast to Coast route and we stayed with Beverley and Mike for one night. We were welcomed by a glass of prosecco in the garden and the resident beautiful Tibetan terrier Bella. Our rooms were a delight - tastefully furnished and not only provided with the standard tea and coffee, but a cafetiere with... More

We spent a night at this delightful B&B with a splendid welcome - food to fill you up after you have had a long walk (you will need the walk as there's plenty of tasty food). A lovely place to stay on the Coast to coast and a welcome glass of fizz to refresh us after our day's walk. Heartily... More

We all arrived after a long walk from Brompton on Swale pretty tired as the sun had shone on us most of the way. Bev and Mick greeted us all with a glass of bubbly (and a cup of tea for my tee total husband!). Their hospitality is perfect (called us all by our first names immediately) and the food... More

After a wet day on the C2C Park House along with Beverley and her family were just what we needed. Met with a warm welcome and a glass of bubbly, Beverley quickly learned everyone's names - and there were quite a few arrivals - all 'coasters'. The house is in a lovely location quite high up in a wood -... More

Arrived after a muddy slog during the Coast to Coast walk to such a warm and cheery welcome from Bev. This lady has personality and understands what hospitality is all about. It doesn't happen everywhere! We were very well looked after and all with good conversation and a laugh and a smile. Her beautiful b and b is spotless, it... More

What a great host is Beverley! Arrived with wet and muddy boots, but nothing is too much trouble for Beverley. Rooms small but adequate, and a huge roast beef dinner with Yorkshire pudding hit the spot, couldn't finish it. Lovely company, including an English gentleman with his gorgeous border collie, an enjoyable evening. Highly recommended.

Arrived tired and dirty. Left refreshed and renewed. Bev took great care of us, from doing a wash to the wine offered on arrival, and thoughtful encouragement. Room very clean and pleasant. Evening meal choices are limited but hit the spot. Breakfast quite nice. All with friendly, attentive hostess with a twinkle in her eye.
