This hotel was quite quaint but very comfortable. The breakfast was good, but we strongly recommend dining in the restaurant - fantastic French cuisine at a relatively cheap price. The hotel was very close to the amazing suspended houses and there was parking available in the courtyard below. Unfortunately the wifi was very poor unless you stood on the spiral... More

Let's start by the "Musée" itself. 2 rooms with various tv screens looping the same sometimes outdated info. The screens are very dirty, the games from the 80s, it seems they never clean the place. All in all you are done with the place in 10 minutes, and it's 10 minutes you wished you hadn't spent there. The hotel itself.... More

When you arrive there you think twice before checking in. But it is totally worthwhile! The room is great and the view... Spectacular!!! We booked all in, and the food was amazing, wines also included, with a perfect service. The museum, on the other hand is uninteresting...

We chose this hotel as a stop over en-route the south coast, and although a little out of the way, it was really worth while. The village is stunning and the sort of place that has you looking at the local immobilier window with real interest. There are a handful of bar/restaurants but somewhere that you would probably as a... More

We didn't have high expectations based on the VERY reasonable rate for a room, but we were driving through the Vercors and options were limited. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and more spacious than some Parisian hotels at five times the price. The decor was simple - nothing remarkable but nothing to complain about either. The bathroom was extremely... More

We had a lovely time here, our room was large and spacious, clean and basic, warm and quiet. We enjoyed the shower cubicle experience, reminded us of over night boats and train journeys. Fab views from our windows! Perfectly adequate. Dinner was copious and maybe not gourmet but very enjoyable. Nut tart delicious. Breakfast was plentiful...ok one croissant, but who... More

We had a very enjoyable visit to the Vercors Plateau area of eastern France. The town of Pont en Royans is very attractive and the scenery around the area is absolutely stunning. The hotel breakfast was good as were the evening meals on the pleasant outside terrace. But the double bedroom was tiny and the en suite about the size... More

The staff is very friendly! The cleanliness of the room and the surroundings made it a really great value. What a wonderful view from the window! It is a very good stopover hotel on our drive through France. You get free entrance to the water museum when you stay at the hotel which is in the same building.

A lovely place to stay. The rooms are basic, but spotless and modern. It is fair to say the beds are more comfortable than some hotels charging five times the daily rate here. The staff were very helpful, in particular the manager of the restaurant. The food for lunch and dinner was excellent quality and value. The only negative was... More
