We spent one night here - a very pleasant room with an extremely comfortable bed and beautifully laundered bedding. It was clean and nicely furnished. The bathroom was quite small/bijou but had everything we needed. Breakfast was laid out in a 'help yourself' style and was pretty comprehensive. Tea, coffee etc were freely available at any time and we were... More

Modest 10 rooom B&B like place. Rooms basic and clean. The proprietor was very friendly and extremely accommodating especially when our american credit cards could not be processed in their machine. They advised us of fine local restaurant up the road. The location is in close proximity to the Louisiana Art Museum and Frederickborg Slot. It is also a 5... More

We had the pleasure of spending a weekend at Hotel Villa Brinkly in June, while visiting some friends in the area. The booking had been very friendly - they just needed our names, and that was it. That is called trust. When we arrived in afternoon, the place was unmanned, and our keys were placed in an envelope on the... More

Friendly family-run hotel right on the Oresund. Had the feeling we were the only visitors on this cold November day, but we had a warm welcome from the owners, including fruit juice shots on the house. Clean, comfy room with modern bathroom. Very handy hotel if you are visiting the Louisiana Gallery - 15 minutes walk from Snekkersten station. Good... More

if you are travelling in this area, this is the right place. The family is very nice and the service quality is excellent. breakfast is fantastic. rooms are clean and well furnished. the price is deserved, considering that Denmark is expensive for European travellers.

We stayed at this B&B on our way from Stockholm to Copenhagen via Helsingor. The small room was very simple with a double bed, small table and chair, luggage rack, tlat screen TV, and 7 hangers in an open "closet." The batroom was quite small with shampoo and tissues for toiletries (more than a lot of othe Scandinavian hotels, by... More

Hotel Villa Brinkly is definitely a charming house and the owners are very friendly and helpful. They have good tips about the sights nearby. Rooms are ok - smallish, clean, but not super clean, and newly renovated. There is no air conditioning. Breakfast is loaded with different kinds of breads and they are freshly baked in the morning. Unfortunately the... More

We stayed one night at this charming, romantic b&b when visiting friends nearby. Anette and Erik who runs the place made us feel very welcome and took good care of us, includimg giving us a lift to the train station the next morning. Rooms are small but nicely renovated and practical. Parking and internet included, for around 1000 DKK a... More

I stay in this hotel when I am working nearby. This however means that the place is booked for me and that I arrive and leave without ever seeing anybody! I have stayed there on three occassions and each time in a different clean and well presented room with a nice sized bathroom. It is a very small hotel but... More

My daughter and I stayed at this 8 room hotel on the beach road to Helsingor, a few miles from the famous Kronborg Castle, Lousiana modern art museum, and ferry to Sweden. It's across the street from public beaches and a small marina, with a view of the Swedish coast across the Sound. The rooms were clean and comfortable, food... More
