We stayed there for 1 night at the end of March with our dog. The cabins have been outfitted with really cute furnishings. There was a full kitchen with everything you need as well as close proximity to a Bbq. The fireplace was stocked with wood but some kindling would have been helpful!! The bed was really small but comfortable... More

DO NOT STAY HERE. I went for a little weekend away alone to hike and read. I opened the door to my cabin and got sick. The smell was disgusting, the room was filthy, the bathroom i would never ever go near let alone shower in the rot. I turned around and told them i would not stay because of... More

Where does one start…. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it to any of my friends or family! It is outrageously priced for what you are told you are getting, and what you get. Don’t get me wrong; I’m not a princess nor are any of my companions (4 in the group-two men, two women). We... More

We stayed at this place and apart from the location - it was terrible! Small, mouldy, bathroom disgusting - more mould, things falling off, kitchen tiny and dirty Regretted staying here and can not believe how much they charge to stay in this place. We apparently should have been able to get some muffins and other things for breakfast from... More

I know that for a price of $70/night you should not expect Ritz Carlton and I am very tolerant to imperfections when I go skiing solo on a budget but this place is simply a dump. Old, dirty, neglected maintenance for decades, things not working, things damaged and not fixed, exterior windows not latching up so wild animals (or thieves)... More

My husband required a long stay as he was temporarily working out of Canmore. We even stayed with him for a week while he was working there. Although the chalets are quaint there was virtually no housekeeping to be had and a deposit charged was never refund although the departure inspection was deemed good and the chalet was definitely cleaner... In summary, this place has the potential to be one of the greatest in Canmore, but the operation of the site leaves a lot to be desired. Pros: At face value this place seemed great. Cabins were cozy and well laid out. Wood burning stoves a nice feature. Super close to Canmore and the Park gates. Pet friendly. Cons: Rooms... More

Toilet paper holder was broken, washed my face and the sink was so small that water got all over the floor, they only gave us one bath towel (we had specified that there would be two guests), went to have a shower and there was no hot water only ice cold, dish soap container was empty, the kitchen had one... We had visited Rundle Ridge Chalets a couple years ago and it was amazing, the host at the front was welcoming and the cabins were great. We visited again this past weekend and our experience was the complete opposite. We showed up to check in as we were told we could arrive any time since our cabin was ready yet... More

Owners do not care about cleanliness or customer service - do not support or stay here - furnace not cleaned since 2001 - chimneys not cleaned..no firewood - wifi weak - treat staff poorly and guests too.
