Was there for one minute, turned around, got my money back and left! They were nails sticking out of the furniture, which was full of dust. Nails sticking out of boards on the floor. I'm glad I didn't take my 17 month old, as nails would have been within his reach! Rodent environment underneath the sink which was cluttered with... More

I stayed in this place this summer. I had family from out of the country, I could not find a place with 3 bedrooms in Banff. I called and I told them that I did not care if the place was outdated I wanted to make sure it was clean. They assured me that it was. We went out and... More

We stayed for a weekend getaway. The chalets are very rustic but a nice location 10 minutes from Canmore. We had a studio style chalet with king bed. My only concern was the bed was comfortable but the comforter had no removable cover which meant from a hygiene point of view not good. There was a wood burning fireplace which... More

I don't even know where to start. My husband and I are pretty easy going!! We are not high end hoist toity people by any means!! The staff are all very young, inexperienced and have no customer service skills. They were all hanging around outside with friends when we were trying to check in. I had called before I booked... We booked a "cabin" to stay for a month. It was the worst month ever and ended up moving out early. There was a fly infestation, no electricity for three days, huge gaps to the outside through windows and doors, very dirty, and the highway noise was unbelievable. The last straw was when the power went out for the third... More

We have stayed at the chalets in the past but our last visit was not good. We stayed here while attending a conference in Banff, but we had to buy a lint roller to remove the dog hair from the couch in the supposedly pet-free room which took twelve sheets to remove all the hair, there was only one cereal/soup... Problems: *Moved 3 times as first cabin reeked like an ash tray, second was a more expensive rate (slightly nicer cabin) so we weren't allowed to stay there. *Cutlery/crockery still had food on it from the last person. *Bed frame kept collapsing, usually while we were asleep. *Kitchen was pre-dinosaur. *Oven door kept falling off, nice and hot and dangerous.... After not being here for a couple of years was terribly disappointed. Toilet issues they could find a solution for, floors dirty, dust everywhere, mold in bathrooms, poorly appointed kitchen supplies. No reasonable action by the manager. We won't be back! Will be checking to see if they are a member of the better business bureau. go and I forgot... More

These cabins are very rustic. The first one we went into was not very clean, was full of bugs and had a bathroom that was no suitable for any one larger then a 12 yearold. The reason for the bugs was the door didn't meet the bottom jam. We moved to a slighlty bigger cabin that was cleaner and had... More
