Parks and Suites is a dump. Our "studio" was one small room with a bed, lounge and table, and small bathroom. Dank, dark, no outlook, grubby, dreadful. Receptionist was pleasant and helpful. We asked what upgrades they had. She showed us 3 or 4 other villas of one and two bedrooms with a small living area. They were no better... More

Very beautiful place amazing tennis court, good changing rooms for pool but dirty, very good child and adult pool but also dirty as hell in the bottom. amazing villas with all you you need including dishwasher. But very very dirty including those discussing insects called roaches. That's inacceptable. If they were clean the place would be perfect but because of... More

The Lake is right in your sights, the view is amazing and the apartment is smooth. They have nice amenities, although it was sad to see that they weren't all that well maintained. It might be a bit tough to find especially in the night! All in all a good place and very beautiful surroundings. Celebrated my birthday here, would... More

A very nice location and the buildings look lovely from the outside, but there it ends pretty much. We stayed in a two bedroom chalet, the interiors are very tired and in need of a facelift (actually a decent clean would have been a start as we spent the first two hours wiping over sides and de-cobwebbing the place), but... Stayed here with the family recently. Overall average but two very large negatives was the free internet was terribly slow and at times non existent. We live on needing the internet to plan our next day outings and hotel so it was very challenging. The other negative was the black mold in the bathroom and bedroom walls. Outside seemed to... More

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment. It was on the ground floor so no view of the lake. Apartment small but had everything in it you needed. Nice surroundings and good for discovering both the French and Swiss sides of the lake. A good supermarket in the village which we only found towards the end of our stay. Lots... More

Comforable modestly furnished dupleix styled chalets with good amenities, clean and a nice terrace to relax and view the Lake Geneve. Bit isolated location so carry sufficient food stuff. Fair value for money proposition.

good views on the lake. I stayed in a small studio for 2 people. It was just enough. fridge, stove, kitchenette. there is no stores and restaurants in radius of 10 km. Shower was bad, no water power. not were modern and not very clean.

I stayed here last summer with my family. We booked a 1 room appartment with view on Lac Leman. Unfortunately, the room was very small. The view was really outstanding. Fortunately we could upgrade our appartment to a chalet. This was a good upgrade. The Chalet had 2 floors, a kitchen and two bedrooms and a balcony.

Location: good views on the lake. There's nothing at all within walking distance, i.e. about 8 min drive from Evian, 35min from Thonon or 5 min drive from the small village of Lugrin. About 10 min drive from Thollon les Memises ski resort, but a fair detour to the other resorts. Very quiet location. Plenty of forest around but the... More
