A really great place to celebrate your 46th wedding anniversary lunch and the hotel staff made it extra special. The rhododendron filled drive in, the amazing architecture and the stunning grounds make this a very special place. The friendly staff and the attention to detail though added to the enjoyment and made us feel relaxed and comfortable. OK the restaurant... More

My husband took me away on our "Bridget Jones mini break" last week and had booked the Hotel Endsleigh. The staff welcomed us in and were very friendly and professional. We were in Room 14 which was lovely and had a fab view over the gardens, not a massive room but perfectly fine...the shower was over the bath which was... More

We've stayed at Hotel Endsleigh a few times before, always in late Autumn (birthdays) or winter (including Christmas), and love the hotel. As we were in the area at a wedding last weekend we'd booked for Sunday lunch in order to see the place (especially the roses) in summer time. I received an email a week before our booking to... My boyfriend and I spent a weekend at Hotel Endsleigh to celebrate his birthday. I was very impressed by the customer service - personal, friendly, super helpful but never obtrusive. Nothing was too much trouble - from organising bikes to taxis, a picnic and canoing. It felt perfect for a boutique hotel - excellent customer service and ugh standards but... More

A long way from London to Devon maybe but if you want to hideaway this is the place. Through the front gate and further into the time warp past the largest rhododendrons you'll ever see and then looms into view what looks like a chateau from a film set. A grand old house. The welcoming staff are there to assist... More

The hotel is a wonderful building in an idyllic setting in the Tamar Valley and, having chosen one of the special rooms, we were very pleased on arrival. The receptionist was the highlight of the staff being both professional and friendly. But we quickly started to encounter issues - mixed messages about serving ourselves or being served at afternoon tea,... More

Beautiful old building with lots of history and full of character within quiet and picturesque setting. For those that just like to relax and get away. In all a pleasant stay for those that like nature and quiet surroundings off the beaten track with fabulous, friendly and attentive staff. Confused with the description of luxury hotel as would be better... More

While visiting Devon, my husband found this beautiful hideaway. We travelled through the Dartmoor national park and found our way to this beautiful spot! The gardens were beautiful and with prosecco on a sunny day in the gardens with tea to follow inside.... What more could a lady ask for! The cakes were laid out along a round table in... More

On the border of Devon and Cornwall on the edge of Dartmoor forrest is the most charming and wonderful hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and all decorated with an eye for interesting detail. The grounds are enormous and contain a most beautiful garden, and the river Tamar runs through. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the restaurant serves fine... More

My Wife and I had intended to just visit the Gardens but it took longer to get to Endsleigh than intended so we decided to have a drink and some sandwiches before doing so.The service was friendly and help full and the sandwiches first class. Before setting off on a walk around the grounds and garden the the manager provided a...
