What a delightful find! On entering Rosemary Cottage we felt immediately at home. We spent a celebration 3 nights here and could not have been made more welcome by the owners Sara & Simon. The bedroom was a good size and the bed most comfortable with tea & coffee making facilities, biscuits &, unusually, fresh milk. Breakfast offered a number... More

Within 5 minutes of arriving, there was a cream tea in the garden !! This followed a warm welcome from Sarah and Monty the dog and set the tone for a great night’s stay. The room was excellent and the whole house had a great family atmosphere. The local pub is closed on Sunday night so we had been promised... More

Stayed here for one night during walk Two Moors Way walk. We arrived very early but were warmly welcomed by hosts Sarah and Simon with cream tea. This is a very charming and comfortable B&B and our hosts first rate. Room was large, quiet, warm, well-pointed and very comfortable. Wifi throughout. Sarah had kindly booked us a table at the... Recently stayed here over the weekend and can vouch for the good reputation this B&B is gaining! Sara and Simon made us feel extremely welcome with platters of delicious food and making us feel completely at home in their beautifully renovated cottage. The conservatory and garden are perfect spaces to relax in, after a surf at one of the many... More

Rosemary Cottage is pleasant on the outside and lovely on the inside. When I stayed, the owner had of necessity been called away but had left Aimee to look after myself and the one other guest for the evening. She made us perfectly at home and as the local pub is closed on Mondays, prepared a cold meal for us... More

Sounds like a cliche, but staying with Sara at Rosemary Cottage was more like staying in my sister's home than anything else. After a long day of hiking in the rain, she commandeered our wet gear and served us tea and flapjacks in the conservatory. She also made certain we had a reservation at the Mason's Arms for dinner and... More

After seeing the other rave reviews of this B&B we were expecting something nice, but Sara's hospitality far exceeded expectations. The moment she opened the door to us we were treated with genuine warmth and a wonderfully relaxed approach. Everything others have said about the prettiness of the cottage, the good breakfast, the nice rooms, is all true. But we... More

Strange way to start a review I know, but when on holiday with a rental car one can't afford to drink and drive! So finding this lovely B&B was an added bonus as we had been recommended this restaurant by some foodie friends. This is a lovely B&B in a gorgeous English country cottage - Aga & conservatory. Although the... More
