my in laws have just stayed here on wednesday 18th april, and thought it was suburb, from the rooms, breakfast and the lovely people that run it. Great value for money, highly recomended!!!!

Stayed for one night on the strength of the reviews on here and it's all true. Friendly, relaxed welcome - very chilled about possible late arrival. Clean, spacious room with good facilities. Plenty of parking. Great breakfasts set us up for a day on the surf. Will definitely return. Highly recommended!

absolutely lovely. We were there for golf and had a lovely couple of days. The house is lovely, the room was lovely, looking straight across the golf course, and Ray and Bernadette were super hosts. Breakfast was excellent. wouldn't find a better service anywhere. our stay was far too short!!
