It was a nice stay. The hotel was very clean and our room comfortable. I had a good night's sleep. There was a bit of a slip up with the supply of hot water when we arrived but it was resolved and the management were very apologetic. We had booked half board. Unfortunately I had been ill prior to staying... More

Very good breakfasts in a nice restaurant and smart accommodation. We did not eat there in the evenings as we met up with our family who were camping nearby. Good location for Lyme Regis, Seaton, Sidmouth and Charmouth.

We recently stayed at swallows eaves for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We ate at the hotel every night and were impressed by the menu offered. There was plenty of choice and portion sizes were generous, the food was always hot and expertly cooked and presented. Our room was large, clean, airy with a comfortable bed and enormous... More

We were very impressed by our 4-night stay here. The hotel was smart, clean and tastefully furnished, but with character. The staff were all helpful and friendly and the food was to die for! After one of the fabulous cooked breakfasts we hardly needed to eat again until dinner! We had dinner in the hotel on two of our four... More

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel - twice under Dorothy's ownership and once before that. We had not seen the new extension and room upgradings which are excellent. The bedroom (4) and ensuite (shower, basin, toilet) were clean, smart and the bed very comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent. Staff are extremely welcoming. Sadly we did... More

We stayed for a 2 night break. The hotel is very clean. Staff very friendly, very good breakfast with lots of choice. We ate the first night in the Reeds restaurant . The food was delicious and the 2 course meal very reasonably priced. Look forward to returning in the future. Only one comment the shower rose could do with... More

This seven bedroom hotel is very bright, clean ,comfortable and conveniently located just off the main road that runs through the middle of Colyford It was very warm during our stay and you might need some earplugs at night if you have the bedroom windows open especially if you are in a front facing room. Otherwise the bedrooms were fine and... More

We stayed at Swallows Eves for two days to have a relaxing break. When we arrived the welcome was warm and friendly, the room was very clean and the en-suite was roomy and well equipped with good toiletries . The staff were just great and nothing was too much trouble. We decided to eat at the Hotel the first night... More

This a very very good hotel, not far from the sea. The rooms are excellent, comfortable and very clean. We found the owner and staff to be friendly, polite and knowledgeable of the local area.Food was excellent, the chef really knows his trade. If you are looking for a hotel in the Seaton area, then this is the place

We are in the heart of the pretty village of Colyford, near the Devon/Dorset border: where country meets coast.Elegant and stylish with contemporary touches, yet welcoming with the feel of a home away from home, we offer guests an idyllic place to relax and get away from the stresses of day to day life. Several guestrooms have glorious views across the Axe Valley's wooded hills, while others look out into the hotel gardens & grounds. All guest bedrooms are en suite (our Classic rated rooms have a shower, whilst our Deluxe and Master rated rooms contain both bath and shower), complete with our wonderfully thick bath sheets and hand towels to pamper yourself. Every bed is made up with luxurious sheets of soft cotton for the ultimate sleeping experience.
