Spent our last night of a 10-day Trent Severn Waterway trip at La Dolce Vita B&B. Owners Cathy and David have elegantly restored this Stirling, Ontario mansion. What's more....Cathy is a published/televised gourmet cook. Of course, a delicious and hearty breakfast was included, but with prior arrangements, for dinner on the night of our arrival Cathy also fed us homemade... More
