The place was not that hard to find, thanks to Google Maps. It was off Butuan's main strip, but not too far. Reception was courteous and quick. The room was simple, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was spotless. Free breakfast had various choices and was good. Staff was willing to serve and very hospitable. Will definitely return again.
