Our group had three rooms. Two rooms down stairs and one upstairs. House is imacculate with an amazing breakfast to look forward too! Hosts could not be better. Full of information. They provide many brochures for things to do in the area. I can not say enough of how great this b&b is!!!

Probably the best B&B we were in our tour of Ireland. At our arrival Agnes offered us tea and coffe with homemade cake in a nicely furnished dining room. She was really kind without being intrusive. Our room was at the first floor, it was very large (two double beds!) with a large bathroom very well equipped (it had mixer... More

I had intended to be here with my better half but due to illness I was alone. The hosts were most accommodating with the change of circumstances at the last minute and enquires as to her condition the next day. On arrival, as I was late and concerned I was offered tea etc. The room was a good size with... More

Just a quick review, we only stayed for one night while we attending a wedding in the area. We were given complimentary tea on arrival and the lady of the house is extremely friendly. Our room was very clean and tidy and well appointed for a b&b but as I said we were only there for a few hours. Bed... More

I've stayed in lots of B&B's and this is right up there with the best of them. The property is in a lovely location, ideally situated for touring both the Dingle Peninsula and the Kerry Ring. Agnes and Noel are perfect hosts, being chatty and friendly without being intrusive. We had room No.4 on the top floor, lovely large room,... More

Not just best B&B in Ireland but also the perfect host's. Those that have stayed with Noel & Agnes I feel sure will echo my views because when you move from Shortcliff house to another B&B you just never feel that you get the same quality in any way. We have stayed with Noel & Agnes approx. 8 times out... More

Stayed at Shortcliff House for one night on a seven day self drive around Ireland. Every aspect of the property is worthy of it's five star rating and you would be hard pressed to find any negatives. Agree with all the positive comments of previously reviewers.

Host Agnes was very friendly and accommodating even though we arrived later than expected. We'd booked a triple and a double expecting to be traveling with 5 people. When our number was only 4, Agnes offered to reduce our cost because of the lower number of people even though we still used the triple room. That was unexpected and very... More

We spent the 11th and 12th of June here after rejecting accommodation in Killarney or Tralee that was either too expensive or had reviews that said it was too noisy. We could not have been happier. The location was perfect for our driving day trips to the Dingle Penninsular and the Ring of Kerry. The local pub, Larkins, was most... More

Agnes and Noel are caring hosts who provide everything for their guests. The house is immaculate. I use an artificial sweetner in my coffee and Agnes went out and bought a container so I could use it! I can't say enough about their very caring attitude. Very professional and service minded. The location is very central to Milltown, Killogrlin, Killarney,... More
