First off, if there was a rating higher than Excellent, Casa Gregorio would earn it! That being said, from the time we got off the plane in Rome until the time we caught a train back to Rome a week later, we were treated like royalty. There were 14 in our group and we were blessed in the fact we... More

We had never been to Italy and I can't think of a better way to meet the people, see the country and experience the food. The setting is spectacular and the villa and our accommodations were great. Be warned though you must be able to walk up and down stairs easily as this is a very hilly region. Gregory and... More

My experience at Casa Gregorio was nothing short of spectacular! Gregory and his staff’s passion for Italian food and cooking, and pride in the Ciociaria region, was evident in every well-planned detail of the itinerary. If you are looking for a trip that is jam-packed with activity then this is definitely one to book. One week there felt like a... More

Sue and I booked this vacation primarily because of the discount we got on Groupon. (Thanks Groupon!) Sue booked our flights and a stay for a few extra days in Rome. We have come back from the most fantastic culinary vacation at Casa Gregorio. From the moment we were picked up by Peter and Giovanni to the time we were... More

Took a trip to Casa Gregorio with my mom and sisters and had a fabulous time! It was partly the family, and the great group at the Casa. But it was definitely the beautiful location, abundant and tasty food, "kitchen elves" who fixed all of our cooking mistakes and the flowing wine. It was also the really attentive staff that... Imagine arriving at a piece of Italian hilltop history with stone buildings from the 1100's fully restored to their original beauty. Picture entering your luxurious and modern accommodations, created in loving detail by the interior designer/owner, standing on your terrace and surveying the beautiful Italian countryside below. Then envision being pampered by a friendly and attentive staff, squired in Mercedes... More

What a fabulous experience this trip was! Not only did we enjoy the jaunts to historic and culinary sites, but the staff made us feel welcome and part of the family! Peter, Patricio, Dayanna, Max, Volare and all the rest, just made us feel relaxed and welcome. There was I hurry up and wait type moments, just fabulous fun"

From the moment we were picked up at the airport, everything was perfect. The Casa built in 1797, was beautiful. Peter greeted us warmly and showed us to the beautiful Dining Room where we had an amazing lunch. After lunch we were shown our rooms. The accommodations are terrific! Beautiful views of the Italian countryside. Everyday was a surprise, with... More

First impressions are lasting impressions...so goes the adage, and in this case it was 100% true. When we arrived at Casa Gregorio, we were greeted by Peter who showed us to a beautifully decorated dining room where we ate our first amazing meal (one of many!). We then had a brief tour and were taken to our rooms...LOVE AT FIRST... More
