A picturesque wine estate positioned on a hill with nice views over the surrounding wine county. Home made food with a selection of self produced wines. Well worth paying a visit. During the summer season there is an ouside swimming pool. You can also help the family harvest fruits from their private estates.

the location is really nice, between the hills of slovenian collio. the restaurant is very nice, with a nice outdoor. hotel is offering also a pool. the restaurant offers incredible meat (try the filet for two and the tartare), and the prices are more than reasoneable! free wifi is available, if you cannot stay offline and enjoy the moment.

My husband and I stayed here for lunch. They offer 2 types of menus. Even though we both ordered a 2nd menu, the waiter didn't bring us the desert which was on the menu for 28,00 euros + drinks. We also didn't say anything about it, because we were full anyways (the menu had 5 course meal). The food was... More

arrived in the village at around 3 pm, sat down and had delicious prosciutto, beautiful risotto, two glasses of decent wine and an espresso for under 20 EURO. And first-class service. Couldn't rate this place highly enough.

Amazing location, in the middle of the wine region of Slovenia. We booked one of the 'smaller' rooms but they were still very spacious with airconditioning, wifi, nice bathroom. The outside pool was nice and quit with a stunning view. Restaurant was also terrific and you can taste the belica wines there too. Breakfast included and perfect. We regretted that... More

Located in a quiet remote village on the Italian boarder. The views are wonderful. Could be tricky to find but I had a sat nav, approach from Italy seems best. The room we had was huge with a dining area, a lounge area and a large bedroom. The surprise was a cupboard which when I opened it contained a small... More

My mother, cousin and I recently stayed at the Belica and were very happy with the accommodations, location, view, dinner and breakfast. After a long drive over the Slovenian Alps, we finally found our accommodations. Having been to Tuscany, Italy, this place reminded me of it. In fact, the street below us was the border between Slovenia and Italy being... More

Location was great, the restaurant was nice but no veggie option whatsoever! When I pointed out that they didn't have any non-meat courses apart from one pasta dish, the waitress was totally oblivious and told me I could have the side dishes! When they arrived, one of them had cubes of bacon! In short, if you're vegetarian or have veggie... More

We had a wonderful stay in the Belica inn. The views are exceptional. The rooms, while modest, were clean. We had a wonderful dinner outside on their patio. While our waiter was very nice, every other person working there was surly and at times rude. One waiter snapped at my wife for asking how the prix fix menu worked. The... More

Perfect hotel for a romantic vacation, beautifully located in a charming village with a breathtaking view of the surrounding valleys and wineyards. The food is amazing in terms of value for money, a 4 course dinner with Belicas own wines for 35 € per person. The breakfast was even better, home made jams and a selection of great cheese and...
