We arrived at the hotel great customer service. We get into our room and it was like a sauna in there. We asked front desk about A/C they said it was not working. They said you can rent a fan. We knew it wasn't going to be 5 star but this place is just GROSS! It's on the motel road behind the casinos and about a block to the Heavenly gondola (we were there to ski/board ).
