Book somewhere else. You can find cleaner rooms for the same price range (~$79). We stayed for 3 nights during xmas of 2005. No microwave, no coffeemaker. Rooms are really small and old and carpet is old and smelly. Bathrooms are filthy and soooo tiny. Sink and tiles are broken. I will never recommend this place.

The absolute best place to stay in Tahoe! Great location, awesome hospitality, and the cutest rooms for someone who wants to be cozy with wood paneling on the walls and real comforters! Not that typical motel/hotel bedspread where you have to use another blanket to keep warm which doesn’t work anyway! Jason and Claude were the greatest, making me and... More

We made reservations at another motel that gave our rooms away when we did not check in by 4:00pm due to what they called a mix up. However, we were quite pleased since they seemed unprofessional and noncustomer service savy. Confused and pressed for time, we started making a few phone calls. Most of the motels we called were unable... More

I stayed here in March with my Boyfriend while we were there to ski and gamble. Cluade was very nice when we arrived late and did his best to make sure we were happy with the room. The room is very cozy and doesn't have that "motel feeling". It's small but very comfortable. Very, very clean rooms and very close... More

I made online reservations several months in advance and had to cancel them. . .then I made new reservations a few days later, and called to confirm that the modified reservations were set. When my party and I arrived (a total of 12 guests!), we were told that they had accidentally cancelled our second reservation because the motel did not... More

I stayed here on a Friday night during a recent snowboard trip to Lake Tahoe. I received an good rate of $59 which was excellent for a holiday weekend. The front desk staff was very friendly and let me pay for the room with cash after a major mishap with my debit/ATM card and the casino hotel next door where... More

Room was very clean, had nice furniture, plenty of towels ..... Room was a little on the small side...... Hotel is tucked right by the casinos..... You can walk to everything..... Customer service was excellent! Manager was very helpful and friendly.... If you are looking for a safe, clean place to sleep this is your best bet.....

The rooms are VERY small and VERY, VERY hot (at least in July) with no air conditioning and no screens on the windows. Bottom floor is extremely noisy if you have upstairs neighbors. The floorboards creak whenever people walk above. If all you need is a bed to sleep in (a $100+ bed) then this is the place for you.... More

Management response:

I would like to respond to a few of the reviews our motel is getting. I would like to thank everyone that not only has stayed with us at our motel, but that was kind enough to leave us feeback and reviews. Tahoe hits a high of 80 - 85 degrees in the summer, a huge majority of the motels... More

THE best place to stay in Tahoe. Affordable, very clean and great rooms. Jason is both friendly and very helpful. Walking distant to just about everything in the main part of town. Wouldn't stay anywhere else! Kudos to Jason and Claude!!

All the people who have written the 5 star reviews must be deaf. Has no one noticed the noise from all the cars who are racing by all day and night? We stayed at a downstrairs located room. It's nice, clean but small and the interior is quite dated. You can also here noise from the room above, like people... More
