We stayed at the Black Bear Inn in late August / early September, and it was amazing. The room (actually a small cabin) was spacious and comfortable, with great amenities and interesting furnishings and fixtures. The landscaping is impeccable. We had such a wonderful time at the Black Bear Inn. Each breakfast was a piece of art and tasted delicious. Got the cookbook! We were there for the first snow of the season and it was so inviting to sit in front of the fire in the lodge and enjoy the ambiance. Will go back, definitely! more
