We have been owners at this resort for the last 15 years and have stayed here every year over that time. We like this place. The 2 bedroom units are large and have everything you need. There is a full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, sleeping for 8, with a king bed, 2 doubles, and a pull out couch. The units... More

Right on the lake. Close to ski resorts. Room was very nice -- we had a 2 bedroom lock out. Should have been a way to keep the inner doors open (a lockout has a 1-bedroom plus a studio with their own doors and a shared door.) Pool was closed (which we knew) but could have gotten a temp Jacuzzi... More

I Stayed at the Lake Tahoe Vacation Resort the last week of February 2014 with a ski club. The suite, room 520, was well appointed, spacious and clean. The location, a short walk from Heavenly Gondola, is easy even in ski boots. The area provided great après ski and dining options. The free breakfast was great and the happy hours... More

Let me first say that the accommodations are good. The rooms were clean and the valet service was great. But, we felt like we didn't have the chance to appreciate the quality because we were constantly harassed by the "sales" staff. It was awkward. They are EXTREMELY pushy about taking a tour and try to bribe you with gifts ($75... More

This property is undergoing a major renovation, and to the employees this the hassle is normal and make you feel like you are doing them a favor by staying at this property. The rooms are basic dated timeshares and the best way to reserve and save LOTS of $$ is to find an owner on Craigslist that needs to get... More

This location has been under renovation for over 2 years now, but I mean a RENOVATION. Literally, they've removed every piece of exterior and are redoing the whole thing inside and out. I like what they're doing, but I wish they would hurry up! The construction has impacted the stays for a while now and it's not very parking friendly.... More

This is our timeshare home base. The resort is right on the lake, across the street from Heavenly chair lifts and walking distance to the casinos. Check in was fast and friendly. Remodeling is currently going on. Our room had been updated with all the latest amenities. The only negative is The Bear Moon Cafe. The service was very slow... More

Take the "tour," get your $75 VISA card, and cash in on the $500 free vacation package, but DO NOT BUY A THING. They'll say it's a 90 minute tour, so cut them off at 80 minutes and you'll be out in just over 110 minutes. This place would be a nice hotel, but right now all they are interested... More

My family & I knew going in that there would be construction, so that didn’t bother us. We used the parking lot across the street instead of the valet parking (my choice), which was a minor inconvenience but no big deal. We had a 2-bedroom unit which came with a full kitchen which definitely was a plus because kids don’t... More

This is a timeshare resort and we stayed in a studio room, having exchanged our timeshare week. The room was clean and comfortable with small sink, fridge, hob, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The room wasn't particularly big but it was ok, though somewhat dark due to the window not being very large and the structure of the roof cutting... More
