Recently stayed for 3 days with friends - we had 3 cottages. Two were 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with the third being 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. We were met by Jaqui who quickly and efficiently checked us in and then changed one of our planned dinners to in her words - a better restaurant - she was right - ask... More

Although we will celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary next year, we managed to score the Honeymoon Cottage! A really great one huge bedroom with an even bigger bathroom together with an adequate kitchen and cosy lounge room. Wood stove for romantic atmosphere and central heating throughout. We were with a group and booked out all the cottages and last night... More

We stayed here for two nights but I so wish it was longer. We had the honeymoon cottage and it was beautiful. The moment I walked into the bathroom I was blown away. Spectacular! It is set amongst the vines with picturesque views of Te Mata Peak set behind. We had the degustation menu on one of the nights, the... More

Highlight of our trip to New Zealand. Such an amazing Villa, amongst the vineyards. Staff were friendly and approachable. Kitchen was well set up to cook your own meal. We had lunch at the restaurant which was delicious, but we enjoyed cooking amongst the amazing scenery. The honeymoon villa has an amazing bathroom. It may seem expensive at first, but... More

Our third visit and it won't be our last. The cottages are the perfect place to stay on your wedding night, to run away to for the weekend or to base yourself in while you discover the spectacular Hawkes Bay. The 2 bedroom cottages side by side are perfect for families or couples traveling with each other, the fresh bread,... More

This was our second stay in the Honeymoon Cottage at Craggy Range and it is a wonderful, relaxing place to stay. The cottages are private and have indoor wood-burning fires and outdoor dining on your own terrace. In spring, the view of huge expanses of lawn, rows of vines with leaves beginning to unfurl, wisterias budding over the pergola and... More

We stayed for two nights, and loved the set up. The cottages are set in a display vineyard, but it feels like the real thing. The degustation at Terroir was amazing - food, wine, service and ambience. Well worth the NZ$185 a head. Small whinge - the cottage we stayed in had 2 fridges, but no freezer - how odd!

Hands-down our favorite accommodation of three weeks touring in New Zealand on both islands. Just fabulous. While we had a bit of difficulty finding our particular cottage, once we did...well. We never wanted to leave. The Vineyards cottage is cleverly outfitted: the two en-suite bedrooms are mirrors of each other, so neither seems better/worse--wonderful for couples, not having to feel... We stayed at the bridal cottage the weekend of our wedding. The cottage is a new addition and it is beautiful. The facilities are great and this is a decent sized one bedroom cottage. We comfortably fit 5 members of the bridal party, 2 flower girls, mother of the bride, a hair stylist and makeup artist into yah cottage to... More

The Master Cottage was spectacular! Fully equipped with luxuries of home, with the facilities that one would need - fridge, two bedrooms, en suite in the cottage. (Note, the freezer was very small / not very effective) Overall, very clean and very new. This is a place to relax, enjoy nature and solitude, each other, the beauty of nature, gorgeous... More
