The cottages are very well equipped and individually located next to the vines and close to the central buildings - a well thought-out enterprise. Comfy beds, good staff. The cottage structure itself is a bit flimsy but this doesn't matter because the neighbours are at least 50 metres away and the interior fittings are of top quality. This was an... More

We were very impressed with the grounds upon arrival. Our accommodation, the Merlot cottage, was a modern yet quaint stay amongst the beautiful vineyard. The cottage was well equipped with laundry, fireplace, kitchenette, and delicious breakfast items. We enjoyed breakfast and afternoon glasses of wine on our patio under the vine covered pergola. The restaurant was absolutely incredible. We were... More

Our three night stay was perfect. The cottages are simple and stylish with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. We loved being amongst the vines, and relished early morning walks around the vineyard or afternoon walks down to the river. The cottages are so inviting we ended up eating at home all three nights having bought provisions at... More

There are only four cottages and they are all the same size. Three of them are 2 bedroom and the fourth is a 1 bedroom. The main difference is the bedroom is much larger and the bathroom is probably one of the biggest I have ever seen. Each day the breakfast basket is refilled and the one thing of note... More

It was an easy check in process. We had the Merlot cottage - a 2bed and 2bath cottage. Loved the cottage - very cosy and sleek at the same time. The breakfast provisions were full of local goodness - yoghurt, granola, cereal, milk, juice and freshly baked loaf of bread. Our stay included wine tasting and we got to sample... More

Having drank Craggy Range wine for a while now, my husband and I were very excited to go and stay on the property and visit the winery - we were absolutely blown away by the cottage - it is sleek, modern and yet still has a very cosy feel to it. The breakfast basket we received had everything you could... More

We spent a night in the cottages and despite the persistent rain nothing could dampen our spirits There is something really special about waking up amidst the vines especially with the majestic Te Mata in the background The wood fire managed to keep us warm and snug The breakfast was yummy - best marmalade ever

My wife and I are still raving about our two nights in the honeymoon cottage - one large bedroom and with a huge bathroom and good size lounge and dining room. We loved the wood burner fireplace with fresh wood supplied every morning. We are not great breakfast eaters, preferring a long lunch in the great wineries in the region,... More

My husband and I stayed here for two nights in March. The cottage was first-class! We had a two-bedroom cottage to ourselves complete with a full kitchen and washer/dryer! We had a patio with a view of the vineyard and Te-Mata Peak! There was a great breakfast delivered fresh each day and we had a wood burning fireplace in our... More

A stunning location and a beautifully kept Winery. The "cottages"- in fact, grey corrugated modern holiday units were place in isolated areas within the vines. Our cottage was clean, comfortable and equipped for self catering. There were 2 en suite bedrooms, kitchen/lounge and washing and drying facilities. The only problem we found was that the insulation was not very good.... More
