We stayed here for one night with our 5 month old son, as a last minute booking. This was our first visit to Seascale. The hotel is right by the sea. The views from our room were stunning, perfect for watching the sun set over the Isle of Man. The room itself was clean, comfortable and spacious, with a travel... More

Rooms are functional, clean, and well equipped Evening meal was OK, but service was a little slow Breakfast was a disappointment, I wanted a 'full english' as I was probably going to end up missing lunch, it was OK but I felt ingredients were not best quality. WiFi is free and works well. I would stay here again, but other... More

wow where to start!!!! Usually we go on holiday and by the end of the week we're desperate to get home... Not here, we extended our stay by an extra 2 nights. The staff are lovely, they couldn't do enough for us, little touches like making up a spontaneous packed lunch for us, getting us fresh milk in the evening... More

We had a 2 night midweek break, and have to say we were both well impressed with the staff, the food, and the cleanliness of the hotel. It's a very friendly atmosphere that awaits you. Don't hesitate in choosing it for a break.

Been here a few times & always had cheery service. Tea shop is nicely decorated & the portion sizes are good. Always got a good selection of unusual ice cream flavours. Free wifi was useful as phone reception is poor in this area & they had toys & books for the young childen

Visited here for a cycle event. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The food was really good ate in the hotel before the event and there was plenty to choose from. The lady doing the breakfast at 5 in the morning was amazing. Room was clean and an average size.

I spent 1 night in this lovely hotel with the all family! The staff was absolutely wonderful the rooms are clean and with all the facilities you expect plus more. The food is excellent. It is in a quiet and lovely location very close to the Lake District National Park. A really nice place to stay in the area!

We booked to stay last minute as we were climbing Scafell Pike & didn't want to drive for 3 hours. On arriving there was no reception so we rang the bell, a guy came asked us to fill out the form & then disappeared for a few minutes, he came back with our room key & explained where it was,...
