I have stayed in homestays across South-east Asia, and none exhibit the warmth and friendliness that we found at Danny's Village homestay. From the moment we arrived, we were treated as part of the family. Tupou was waiting for us at the bus stop, and gave us a big hug, and made us feel at home in her lovely house... More

We had very good time in the village, We had big meals. Villagers and childrens are very friendly. Th location is good on a shallow beach. From the bus stop, it's a 5 minutes walk. The rooms are basic and the washroom need a refreshing but it's part of the experience and village life ! Contact Tupou directly for booking.... More

Tupou and Sake are just the best hosts ever and this is such a home away from home. We went with our 2 year old and he had such a ball !! We truly experienced the real Fiji - authentic Fiji food and hospitality. Highly recommend this place if you are looking to experience the real Fiji instead of just... More

Before anything I have to thank Tupoe and Sake, for make or Fiji adventure even better. We decide to go to Fiji and as everybody who has seen photos of Fiji the only thing you are looking forward is to go to the most paradise looking beach. But it's just a beach right? So my partner convince me of staying... More

We had a stopover of 6 nights in Fiji, and we decided to stay the full six nights at Danny's village home stay with Tupou and Sake. This was a great decision. Having been to Fiji already several times for meetings, I did not have the genuine village experience which I had in other Pacific islands. The stay with Tupou... More

We had a great time at Danny's Homestay. We ended our trip to Fiji here after spending a week at a resort and it was a great way to end our time there. The homestay is rustic but still extremely comfortable. You really get a great sense of Fiji by staying here. We stayed here for three nights and look... More

We stayed 3 nights and had a fantastic time and wish we'd stayed longer. We followed our visit with a 5 star resort which fell flat on real atmosphere and experience. Tupou and Sake are great hosts as all the other reviews say, good, plentiful Fjian home cooking. Really good fresh fruit and vegetables bought with Tupou at a visit... More

Our team enjoyed our time with Tupou and Sake at the homestay. We were there for one week, we stayed in two houses. The mosquito netting was great to have. All of our team had a wonderful time. We spent many hours just singing and visiting with the locals. The food was AMAZING!! I would love to return with my... More

Oh my, where to begin..... Upon my arrival for my 1-week stay, I was given the most warm and embracing welcome by Tupoe and her husband Sake. They settled me into one of the three cabins. It was spacious, clean and had a double bed and 4 bunk beds.....but I had it all to myself which was fabulous. The cabin... More
