Me and my girlfriend spent 3 nights there. The village was so quiet, the weather perfect and the house so lovely. Christine and his husband have a perfect place to enjoy a good time. Breakfast had a lot of food variety. Everything was very clean, specially our private bathroom and the rooms. We had a small kitchen to prepare our... More

We spent one night at Chez Providence in early August. Christina was the perfect hostess, no detail seemed too unimportant. We settled into the Rose Room which was quiet and beautifully furnished. We were the only guests eating in that night, meaning we had an excellent dinner on the terrace at the back of the house, with a superb view... More

Cuxac-Cabardes is a small and genuine village in the Haute Garonne, where we found a pleasant stay at Chez Providence for two nights, after a short afternoon visit to a chaotic Carcassone in mid-August. If you are looking for resistance to mass tourism and to cloned shops packed with plastic souvenirs, this may be the place. Do not expect, however,... More

This #1 rated b&b was a wonderful place for a family of mom & dad, 2 year old, and grandparents to stay. We had the fleur de lys room at the top. One room had a door for privacy. The other was a spacious area we could spread out in. We ordered the dinner that Christine cooks the first night... More

We spent 2 nights at this great B&B. Christina told us all the places to visit and is a wonderful cook including vegetarian. Really comfy bed and such a nice place to stay. Convenient for Carcassonne and easy parking nearby in the square

There was only one thing wrong!......we stayed ONLY one night!! It was so cozy, quiet, clean and comfortable. I was traveling with three other ladies and we opted for dinner in....and despite a few picky eaters, Christina was able to please all of us with her magic in the kitchen! The little village is nestled in the mountains between Albi... More

We have spent 3 nights at this wonderful place. The house is great, bedrooms are fantastic and Christina is simply amazing. She is a Chef in the kitchen and a nice guide always ready to help. The breakfast is outstanding. The village itself (20 minutes from Carcasonne) is quiet and picturesque. A place to visit, to relax and enjoy life... More

I spent 5 nights here with my partner, who booked the break as a surprise for me. The location is excellent, being an easy drive from Carcassonne. If you do get a bit lost when you get to Cuxac-Cabardes phone Christina and she'll guide you in. We stayed in the apartment, which was first class. Great little private terrace with... More

We spent 5 nights at this Table d'Hotes exploring the Carcasonne region in southern France. Twenty minutes from Carcasonne and other villages made it an ideal spot from which to explore. The village itself is quiet and picturesque. Outstanding breakfasts every morning with house made croissants and bread by Nico served with orange juice, coffee, jams and honey. We also... More

Stayed 3 days from 15th sept, what a fantastic place, so full of traditional character, and the home Cook French food is and must say the best I've had, even better that a couple of meals had in nearby restaurants. My 1st visit, all ready planing a return. Tina, Nico wow what more can I say, will be back soon.
