Our first time in Whitehorse and after careful consideration, we decided to stay at A Scandia House B&B. This was also our first B&B experience and it was AMAZING! There were four of us in total and she gave us the entire basement so it was very nice to have our personal space. Our beds were made everyday and the... More

My friends and I we are from Malaysia and studies in UBC. We found this homestat frm trip advisor and thus we stayed for two nights during our trip to Yukon. Lene treated us like her children and we felt very hospitalised! She also guided us to town and prepared delicious muffin and pancakes for us! If i were to... More

We stayed at the Scandia House for the second time and it was wonderful again. The rooms were very nice and spacious, the neighbourhood quiet and only a 5 minutes drive away from downtown. Lene made us feel like home from the first moment and we enjoyed the conversation with her over breakfast (with home-made cranberry muffins fresh out of... More

We stayed with Lene in her beautiful home for nine nights this summer - and can say hands down that hers is the best B & B we have ever stayed in! We stayed in the extremely comfortable jacuzzi room which had great views of the local mountains from the private balcony. Breakfasts were excellent, the conversation was lively -... More

Me and my husband stayed in the upstairs jacuzzi room for 2 nights and loved Lene's cottage and the fact that she made us feel so at home. She took trouble to plan diabetic breakfasts for us as both me and hubby are diabetics.Lene drove us out to the frozen Swan lake to photograph the swans ( it's some distance... More

We (couple with 2 young adult children) just came back from a most wonderful trip to Yukon. The enjoyable experience had a lot to do with Lene's hospitality. She welcomed us into her house and we learned a lot about Yukon life from her over tea and breakfast. On the night before we left, she even took us to a... More

My husband and I stayed for three nights in October in the Jacuzzi room. It was super comfortable, clean and had an amazing view of the sunrises. Lene made our weekend even better with her kindness and knowledge. Not only did she recommend a fabulous hike, she also provided us with tea and homemade banana and cranberry muffins to take... A Scandia House was a great place to stay. We felt like we were at home. Lene is a great host and offers advice on anything you ask about. The breakfasts were wonderful and filling - a great way to start an active day.

Very enjoyable 7-night stay at A Scandia House B&B. We were made to feel like family by our host, Lene. Lovely breakfasts, beautiful view of the mountains from our balcony, comfortable bed, interesting guests and all the amenties we needed for our "home away from home". Lene was extremely helpful in giving us guidance about what to see and do... More

We (two couples) spent 2 nights in the A Scandia House B&B. Our hope for a good recreation place after a long journey has not been disapointed by our host Lene. We felt like friends and the homemade breakfast was delicious! For this favourable price maybe the best choice in Whitehorse. We highly recommend the Scandia House!!
