We stayed here four nights in July. I unfortunately left a $300 orange silk dress from club Monaco on the bathroom door hook. (I was too preoccupied washing our dishes in the bathroom sink as there is a bold sign stating to do so in the room.) I called the hotel a few hours after realizing that I left my... More

The ad for this hotel stated that a kitchenette was available. Second floor rooms did not have a kitchenette, only a microwave. The European lady at the desk when we arrived made it very clear that we were interrupting her paperwork. She was very brusque, in fact rude, and did not like to answer questions. The two other desk clerks... More

We stayed here 4 nights in room 211. The room was fully renovated, clean, refrigerator, microwave, utensils, plates, etc. Just missing a stove and it would of been perfect! Great location. The parking is behind the building in a small alley but beware, it is limited. Advise the front desk that you are going to park behind. There is a... More

We arrived after a long drive and entered the lobby where we stood waiting for the front desk clerk to acknowledge our presence, which she never did. Finally my husband asked if we could check in and he gave our name. She grumbled something and asked for our credit card so she could do a pre authorization. My husband asked... More

We spent two nights here. It was comfortable and clean. They had free Internet and a fridge in the room. The hotel is right beside the police station and the front desk people were very nice. No playpen at this hotel and be ready to walk the stairs no elevator either.

Drove in from Haines, AK--arrived cold, tired and hungry. Tried one or two hotels that didn't impress or we felt were too expensive. Ended up at The Town and Mountain Hotel and were enchanted by the woman behind the desk--funny, helpful, smart--any good adjectives you could think of. We rented a room for two nights and were impressed. Not the... More

The rooms are clean and spacious. Free wifi and the kitchenette comes with fridge, coffee maker and microwave. There is no elevator though. The staff is kind enough to suggest the Best western next door but it was full.

Stayed four days in Whitehorse. Got a room with two queen beds. Pillow cases smelled like they had not been recently changed. Room was clean enough, with small kitchenette area (fridge, microwave oven). Central location at Main and 4th Av., quick walk to shopping and the Yukon riverfront area. Did not try the hotel lounge as it did not look... More

My first choice was the Best Western next door but they were full. I got lucky though cause I walked in and he staff were even friendlier than the staff at the Best Western and the rates here are much lower. I was given a AAA rate, lost of friendly advice. I stayed two nights and being the tourist constantly... More

We went up to Whitehorse to volunteer for the Yukon Quest in 2011 and in 2013 and stayed at the Town and Mountain both times. Nice big, clean room and well located as we didn't have a car. The room didn't have a hair dryer but the front desk just put one in our room when we asked for one.... More
