Clean hotel in central location of Whitehorse, with many restaurants and sites within walking distance or a short drive. We arrived on a relatively quiet day for the hotel and had no problem with parking. Our room and bath on the ground floor were plenty large and clean, but the windows looked out to a parking area in the back... more

We arrived late in the day and just wanted to get to the room and relax. The staff at the front desk must have seen our tired expression and were great they completed the check in and helped us to our room by hauling our huge wheelie bag to the room for us. they told us of the restaurant hours... more

The hotel is in a decent part of town, very limited parking, the rooms are average (beds are hard though) and pet friendly. However, the hotel's service personnel definitely cater to the cruise passengers vs independant travellers. If you just need a place to crash for the night, "it'll do". FYI for folks w/dogs - no issues at all getting... more

The hotel sits in the middle of downtown Whitehorse. The location is very convenient to walk to most of the points of interest, restaurants, and a Starbucks. The parking for the hotel is on the streets alongside the hotel. This could pose a problem for some if all of the close spots are taken. The staff is very friendly and... more

I have stayed here many times for both personal and business and will continue to stay at the Westmark Whitehorse when I am in Whitehorse. The staff is always welcoming, friendly, and helpful and the food is good. It is like being at home away from home. I fully recommend staying here to anyone. Thank You Westmark Staff for valuing... more

I've stayed at this hotel twice. The location is excellent, right in downtown Whitehorse and easy walking distance to the touristy town centre, along with several restaurants. Rooms are typical hotel style, but fairly nice. Walls have textured paper, bedspreads seem fresh and new in a satin-like fabric. It's several steps above a typical motor lodge. My rooms have been... more

The decor and facilities were a bit on the basic side, but I would imagine that would be because the local conditions during the winter months are a bit challenging. Our room was clean and quite large. No minibar though. The hotel is central to the rest of the town and there is a free bus service to and from... more

This is a nice hotel but is a bit pricey. Also the rooms are not air conditioned but each does have a small fan. It was pretty warm in the room in spite of the fan. more

Stayed here for 4 nights in late August. Hotel is well located and reasonably well appointed as a typical 3-star rating. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful but parking was very limited. Those with cars beware! The bed was a little too soft to my personal liking and my room was overlooking the main street and noise insulation... more

I use this hotel for business trips. I would bet it is one of the best values in Whitehorse. The hotel and rooms are clean and modern and well kept up. There is a good restaurant on premises. Well located right downtown. Close to a good restaurant for breakfast or lunch, Doc's Deli on 2nd Ave. For someone who does... more
