Had booked a trip with Air North on a 3 day package and called to validate the room, talked to Bev at the Hotel and she noticed that a far better room was available and she arranged to have our upgrade to the new room that had a King size bed and a Jacuzzi tub for no extra cost. Everyone... more

The second time I have stayed here and both times there were already people in the room I was given. The bed was super uncomfortable. this was a bad experience. I will not stay here again. more
