Extremely comfortable, relaxing, clean, well maintained, simply but tastefully furnished and quiet. The hosts are very friendly, and I will definitely stay there again next time now that I've been spoiled!

If you're not in the first few people to shower in the morning, expect tepid water. Our comments were met with, "I'm sorry. You'll have to get up earlier. No smoking, no pets, no shoes beyond front lobby = Clean! Clean! Clean! Owner's are friendly extremely attentive to guests needs. Great location and atmosphere. Definitely home away from home.

Dawson looks like a town on the edge of civilization. It is quite remarkable such a nice hotel to find. We had a room with Jacuzzi. It was delicious.

Room and hotel are very clean and spacious. When we asked to use the kitchen facility for a minor prep were were told no. Later, we watched other patrons cooking on the stove and using the kettle. No explanation. Also, read the website rules carefully as 48 notice is req for room cancellation.
