I've spent a lot of nights in a lot of B&B's and I have to say that this rates among the very best. I spent 4 nights at 9th Street B&B while attending a conference at the Bessborough Hotel (a pleasant 20 minute walk). Darryl way the perfect host - friendly and accommodating but totally respectful of space and privacy.... More

Darryl and Lola are like family after staying at 9th St B&B for 3 nights. They delight in doing everything they can to make you feel at home and cared for. The place is impeccably clean and situated in a quiet street close to anything you might need. Far cheaper than the hotels around here: Darryl and Lola are obviously... More

Lola and Darryl provided a great first impression of Saskatoon. They immediately made us feel most welcome as they showed us around the house and answered our questions about nearby restaurants and activities in Saskatoon .Our room was spotless and well equipped, including a bowl full of Werthers candies. There is also a very nice common room available to guests.Despite... More

This is a charming B&B with gracious hosts, a comfortable room, and an excellent breakfast. The house is so cute and so well decorated, the location was close to plenty of good restaurants, and the whole place was clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

This B&B as recommended by a friend and I am so glad that she did! The rooms are lovely ( we stayed in room 1 but I peeked into the other two and they were just as nice). The location is very central and it is a quick walk to restaurants and shops. The common area is very nice, we... More

Stayed here for one night while we explored Sasktoon. Lovely home in a beautiful neighbourhood situated within a 20 minute walk to the Broadway District. Lola and Darryl were wonderful hosts and make a healthy and delicious breakfast. Would be a great place to stay during the Saskatoon Fringe Festival.

We stayed overnight at this refurbished 1927 house during a recent trip on the Yellowhead Highway. The room had a queen sized bed and a private bathroom across the hall. The breakfast was very good offering several choices. The hosts were very hospitable.

What a quaint little place to stay a night or a few. Darryl and Lola are gracious hosts who provide a warm and familiar spot to lay one's head. It felt like I was staying with friends. Fantastic breakfast in the morning, well appointed rooms, and central enough to everything without being in the thick of all the traffic. The... More

My husband and I stayed here for one night and it was exactly what we were looking for. Perfect location in close walking distance to Broadway. Friendly hosts and an amazing breakfast! If we return to Saskatoon we will certainly stay here again.

A very nice, homey, comfortable, clean, and hospitable B&B. Darryl and Lola and very good and gracious hosts. I think this is the best place in Saskatoon to stay. The breakfast is excellent. When I come back to Saskatoon next year, this is where I will stay. Thanks again Darryl and Lola. All the Best, Tony M
