I threw a Gala function to host 80+ in May of 2014. I am experience in holding functions and the Parktown hotel has by far been the most difficult to deal with from start to finish. As soon as I signed the contract the problems began starting with communication, do not expect replies in any form of a timely fashion... More

I enjoyed my stay at the Park Town Hotel in Saskatoon immensely. The hotel is clean, and it's in a pretty good downtown location. If you want to be right in the centre of downtown, it's a bit of a hike from there, but it's just across the bridge from the U of S. The rooms are a decent size,... More

I stayed here for business and I was pleased with the hotel. it's clean, well appointed and the room was comfortable. staff were friendly throughout the hotel. i liked the location best - close to downtown and close to the river, which has a great path for walking/running.

A nice treat to have underground parking available for a wintery visit. The room was definitely a 10 for cleanliness and decor. We stayed on the 7th floor with a river view from a massive window in our king room. All the amenities one could ever want and a few little extras in your room. Would definitely recommend this! And... More

Stayed here on business for 2 nights. The hotel has an aboveground and underground parkade for a reasonable nightly rate and there are lots of spaces. The staff was friendly, hotel was clean, and they provided extra blankets for the cold (in room heating was fine but the gesture was nice). I needed to be close to UofS so this... More

We rolled into Saskatoon and came to the Park Town Hotel right at the foot of the University Bridge. We didn’t have a reservation but they had a nice room open. Actually it was a very nice room located on a high floor with a super view of the Saskatchewan River. We got settled in for just a nice afternoon... More

Dear Blamar Thank you for the review. I am really glad that we were able to accommodate you on short notice...and with a riverview! They truly are impressive views. Too bad the hot tub was down but that situation has now been corrected and the pool complex is 100% operating. Cheers More

The hotel is very conveniently located by the river, a short walk from the university and from downtown. There are lots of restaurants nearby. I have stayed there several times and I have always found the service to be friendly and efficient. My room was spacious and comfortable with a reasonable view. The bathroom was also spacious and had all... More

Wall in room covered in film of dust, no fan in bathroom hated that! Signs indicated wrong hours. The pub affiliated with the hotel closes because its slow 2 hours early. Staff are versed in reasonable excuses but no real customer satisfaction. Had a few meals in their restaurant which were okay nothing special. Drove around the parking lot for... More

Really sorry that you did not have a good experience. We do usually have ample parking, were you aware of all the tower parking available as well as the surface level and how about underground? The bathroom fans in some of the rooms are not on a switch and automatically pull the humidity out. Not sure which day the Irish... More

I've stayed at the Park Town a number of times now and always enjoyed my stay. The location is great, close to restaurants, nightlife, and an easy walk to the university. Beds are comfy, rooms are spacious - my one complaint is that there aren't nearly enough electrical outlets for all my devices! The Keurig coffee machine sure is a... More

This is not the hotel I usually choose when staying in Saskatoon. My normal choices were booked and I'm glad as a had a great experience. I booked a King Suite and was upgraded to the Presidential Suite which is a two storey suite that has a great view of the South Saskatchewan River and the University of Saskatchewan. The... More
