I've stayed at the Parktown a few times, for both business and a friend's wedding. I like the price when I'm footing the bill, and I've enjoyed it enough to go back on the company's dime. It's in a good location, very reasonably priced and offers everything you need in a hotel. I've always had good service when I stayed... more

We stayed here for two nights on a wedding rate of $115 per night. This hotel needs a major cleaning and reno. Rooms were shabby with broken lamp shades, holes and stains on the couch and marks on the walls and doors. Small bathroom with awful lighting and no fan was a draw back. My parents stayed in an accessible... more

Stayed here when I had a conference and brought the family with. Staff was great- but failed to mention where we could park. Once you find the underground parking, you are set. Comes in handy when the pub gets busy. Rooms, Hallways, Elevator and lobby clean, modern and generally well looked after. Rooms with the vaulted ceilings are amazing. Bathroom... more

I stayed at the Park Town for a friends wedding, only because we were told we had the wedding rate of $110/night. When I first arrived at the hotel it looked nice, but my room was a different story. First glance it appeared respectable but on closer inspection what a dive! The couch/bed had holes, mysterious stains, crumbs and hairs... more

Stayed in this hotel for a medical appt. After day surgery went back to hotel to rest for a day before the 3 hour drive home. Hotel was super quiet was able to get plenty of rest. Housekeeping awsome. Restaurant in hotel very very good no need to travel around if you don't want to. more

Nicely located close to the university and downtown. River views from one side of the hotel. The rooms are pretty basic, but comfortable. There was no temperature control in my room, and it was a bit cold. The restaurant is casual, with little ambience, but a huge variety on the menu, very well prepared food, with modest presentation. This hotel... more

We stayed at this hotel for a Lions Club Forum in Saskatoon and were extremely happy. Property was very clean and well maintained. The entire staff was very friendly and went out of their way to assist you. more

I've been going to Saskatoon for years and have always wondered about the Park Town. It's one of the three or four hotels right on the river, downtown. The other three have jacked up rates over the last year, keeping service and property maintenance unchanged and at mediocre levels. The Park Town is nothing especially fancy, but for less than... more
