I walked into this hotel and upon checking in discovered my wallet was missing and that I had left it in Saskatoon. When I informed the staff that was on shift I would need to have a family rent the room on their card they were LESS than helpful, rude and quite snotty. I was already visibly upset being that... Pros: Nice north end location, free internet, and business centre Cons: Noisy from above, beside and hall Was not cleaned well - hair in sink, dust on all ledges (including the towel bar), piles of dirt in corners, spills left on desk chair Smell - used some kind of "air freshener" that was over whelming if I could have gotten... I stayed here for one night with works. I stayed in the suites. It had a living room with tv pull out couch and chair. The hallway had a mini fridge and microwave and sink. The bathroom has a nice deep soaker tub. The bedroom was located in the back with a king sized bed and desk and tv. The... More

Parking was a challenge. Dark and dirty hallways, also very narrow. Room was poorly insulated from noise. Room was poorly lit. Bed was comfortable. Restaurant attached to the hotel was okay. Washroom was not too bad.

We stayed at the Sandman December 27 on our way home from Alberta. Hotel is in need of upgrading! Smell of bug spray or something in the rooms ( we had 2 rooms). All blankets on beds had large holes in them. The bedspread had a cigarette burn (non smoking room)!!! ?....as well as stains on it. Quite gross- will... More

I attended a Conference at the Sandman last month and it was my first time stay. The front counter staff were very friendly and check in was a breeze. No major complaints, but overall I would rate this hotel as average. Rooms are decent size, but found it dark and needing some updating. I found the bathroom a bit tight,... More

We chose the Sandman while passing through Regina because of the reasonable price. Our king room with a courtyard view ended up being wheelchair accessible - so extra-large doorways and a walk in shower, all quite nice. Air conditioning was quiet and everything worked well. There was a small fridge and all the usual stuff. The desk staff were very... More

They had good weekend rates on at $99 for a regular room or $129 for King suite - took the King suite. Was just ok. The room smelled musty for some reason. And the suite had a separate sitting area from the bedroom, which was nice. And for the size of the room, you'd think the bathroom would be bigger... More

We had a really great experience at this hotel. We were in town for a wedding and our group of people likely had 10-15 rooms. I don't think there was a complaint from anyone. We were upgraded when we got there to a king suite, the rooms were more than suitable for a family of 4 for 3 nights. The... More

The rooms were huge, clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurants close by made the stay pleasurable. The internet was little slow but the business area was clean with two computers. I would recommend this hotel to anybody wanting a pleasant stay.
