We had trouble with the thermostat in the room and it was very hot.When I checked out I told the lady at the desk but she completely ignored my concerns and took my money.I left and phoned the manager the next day and got a verbal apology from the clerk and a free nights stay.It was not a pleasant experience! more

We booked a one-bedroom suite on the internet and after arriving we got a refund and left. We chose the Days Inn nearby. The Country Inn is ten years old and the room smelled, was dark and dingy, and dated. We travel extensively and have stayed at other Country Inns. This was the worst. more

This ended up being a really pleasant experience for our group of 5. Each bedroom had large screen TV's and DVD players. The sink next to the microwave and fridge was a bonus.
