So I had the "pleasure" of staying here for a week and a half. Now I'm not the most picky, but man was this place awful. Probably the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Could you really strike this much bad luck at a motel? Where all the staff at the front desk are horrendous? The worst two... More

Last minute stay (on trip from Alberta). Front desk was pleasant and were able to meet our room needs, Second floor, front of building room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Front desk recommended a super restaurant for dinner.

Beautifully renovated lobby and rooms, standard continental breakfast, comfortable beds, awesome duvets and bedding, nice furnishings and very clean. Small fridge, microwave and coffeemaker in the room makes it very convenient. Definitely would stay here again.

Booked a ground floor room at a 20% discount for pre-paid price for an overnight stop Friday August 8 2014 on our way to Alberta. The hotel is either quite new or recently renovated. Arrived after 10:30 pm with a smooth check-in. Surprised with the contemporary decor of the room and bathroom including new carpeting. Unloading was easy through the room's... More

About a week before our stay, I reserved the room online. I printed out my receipt #. When I arrived at the hotel, there was no record of my booking, even though I had my booking #. Finally after about 20 minutes a room was found for us, but at a more expensive price. We had booked for 2 nights.... More

The first non-smoking room smelled very strongly of smoke but the front desk was great about giving us another room. The new room smelled better but there was still an odd musty odour in the hallway and room that seemed strange for being newly renovated. The bed was comfy and it was quiet for a good sleep. The breakfast was... More

This hotel lived up to it's name: Comfort. Location is right off the main road but was quiet and handy to shopping and restaurants. Room size was just right and comfortable, although the A/C was a little noisy. Breakfast was very good and desk clerk was very helpful. A good one!

We stayed at the Comfort Inn one night. Friendly staff. Rooms were upgraded. Love the idea that we can drive up to our room so makes it so easy to unload your car after a long drive. Close to Creekside Pub & Brewery where they sell excellent pizza. Great location when you are coming into Regina. This hotel is across... More

Nice renovations here now. The bed wasn't replaced I'm sure. It was not comfortable at all. Windows needed a cleaning.... It's past spring and should have been done by now. Couldn't get the WiFi to work on my phone. Continental breakfast was fine. Had an issue with the air conditioner... Staff helped right away. Staff was very friendly. I didn't... More

This older hotel has just gone through extensive renovations which are well done. Our stay was enjoyable even with a full hotel. Breakfast area was crowded but the person looking after same was very good at her job and as a result food was hot and always lots of it. One thing to look out for is the potholes in... More
