We are a Bantam AAA hockey team from Calgary, Alberta and we spent three nights at the Travelodge in Prince Albert while participating in a tournament. From the moment we arrived, Mona (Hotel Manager) and her team were amazingly attentive and focused on ensuring our 20 players (aged 13 and 14) and our 6 staff were well fed, well rested... More

The only thing I have negative is that the room was warm but not warm enough. Other than that it was clean with an amazingly comfortable bed. The staff were courteous and welcoming. Would stay here again.

and we picked the hotel that the heat didnt work initially, ( Silly us- thought the thermostat would control the heat)- after phoning the desk- discovered it was the air conditioner dial on another wall that controlled the heat. Than we had heat- louud heat-something loose on the heating unit- that vibrated very loudly- eventually fixed that by putting a... More

My husband and I were in Prince Albert for a course and this was the hotel of choice to stay at (could have stayed elsewhere - regret we didn't). On check in and through out our stay the staff was awesome (especially the General Manager). On getting to our room that's when things changed. The hotel is old and could... More

First off, “newly renovated” in this case means “old, but maintained.” In the early 1960s, when I first stayed there, the Coronet Motor Hotel was considered first rate … but it’s no longer the 1960s, it’s no longer the Coronet, and the hotel is no longer first rate. Eight years ago our having two Labrador travelling companions reduced our accommodation... More

We do apologize for the misunderstanding at the Front Desk. Our staff should have explained the credit card pre-authorization more clearly. Thank You for bringing this to our attention. We trust your pets had a good stay. More

Upon our recent trip for a wedding, which happened to be the same weekend as a ball tournament and the fair in town, we were scrambling to find a room. We had bounced thru all the hotels in the area we were hoping for we walked into the Travel Lodge and were greeted by the friendliest manager ever, Mona. She... More

My daughters hockey team stayed the weekend and we were blown away by how accommodating, friendly and professional the staff was! The team sports menu was wonderful and the manager even came to watch the girls play! The hotel is dated, but clean...I have stayed at a lot of hotels with hockey and can honestly say that we have never... More

Your comments about our property are greatly appreciated. The staff work very hard to make sure that teams have a "home" at our hotel during a tournament. We appreciate that your team was well organized and gave us the tools to make sure the hockey weekend was a good one. We trust you will visit again should you be in... More

A big Thank You for your remarks about our property and our staff. Your team and the parents were great hotel guests. The staff work hard at going the mile for teams in tournaments. We hope the rest of your season is a "winning" one and that you will return to the tournament next year. More
