This motel is really old and need to be renovated. See the pictures attached. The location is terrible. It's a motel style. The price is ridiculously high for the quality of the room. No restaurant or bar. Only buffet breakfast which is not good neither. only star I gave was for the girl at the reception which was really nice.

Hosted my mum's Birthday at the Urbania Hotel yesterday. We did not sleep there, as we all live within driving distance. There were about 35 of us present for this family gathering / meal. The event coordinator was Marie-Eve and she did a fantastic job of organizing and managing the event. I was surprised to see her yesterday, being that... More

Thankfully it was just one night, the room that was a signed to us was so dated, dirty and falling apart. Carpets filthy, ceilings dirty .. Espically bathroom had stuck on food to ceiling. Windows had a Draft and wood was starting to rot around the frame. Lastly the ceramic tiles were falling. I didn't bother to complain I wasn't... More

We stayed at this hotel for one evening on our drive back from Prince Edward Island to Toronto (this is the approximate 1000 km point of the trip). Overall, we found it to be great for the price we paid. We had two rooms in the updated, main building. Since there are only a few floors, there isn’t an elevator.... More

The room portion of the hotel looked to have been updated but the bathroom really needs it. Extra charge for continental breakfast which seems a little cheesy. Nice to have the coffee maker in the room though. Close to restaurants and shopping, ie, Costco, Winners, etc.

I was there in January 2014. They invested all of their money in the hotel lobby but the rest is simply falling apart! Our room had a heater working (I guess we were lucky because we had friends in others rooms that had windows that could not close or no working heater: remember this was January in Trois-Rivières!) but it... We did a meeting at this hotel for 8 people. It is a nice clean hotel. The deluxe rooms are renovated and clean. The bed was confortable and the shower had a great rain shower head with great water pressure which is always appreciated after a long day of meetings. The breakfast was included with the stay. A hot breakfast,... More

I was looking for a quick stopover hotel in trois riviere and came across this on hotels.com for a reasonable price. The hotel is located just 5 mins outside the city but it is absolutely not an inconvenience at all if you are travelling by car. It is in an industrial area and is a typical stop over hotel although... More

My husband and I stayed here on our way back from driving to visit family in Toronto for the Christmas holidays. Hotel lobby is impressive, but don't let the promise of 'newly renovated art deco rooms' fool you- I don't know who they give these rooms to but it's NOT what you get when booking through Hotwire or an online... We were searching for a stop over hotel and Trois-Rivieres was just on our way therefore and as the price was pretty nice we decided to stay in the Hotel L'Urbania.
