Stayed in regular, not renovated one queen bed room. The room was clean, just air condition was too noisy. Good coffee in the room with ice machine on our floor. Stayed there for 1 night two days. No complains. Generally it's a 2-3 stars hotel.

I've been to this hotel December 2011 for a convention at the Trois-Rivière University. Pros: Rates are cheap. A lot of restaurants / services / convenience stores near the hotel.
