Room was quite old: CRT TV, old carpet on the floor, noisy and very old air conditioning machine and impossible to open any window. We stayed at Urbania for a hockey tournament. The website is misleading as all the picture of the room are from the renovated area. Our rooms were very old. everything seem cleaned and our room was o.k but was just disapointed because it's not what I expected. I've been to this hotel December 2011 for a convention at the Trois-Rivière University.
Pros:
Rates are cheap.
A lot of restaurants / services / convenience stores near the hotel.
Sleep quality (materess and pillow) pretty good.
Cons:
Hotel is IN FRONT of a papermaking plant = continious unpleasant odor.
