We spent a night in this motel while visiting the region. We were kindly welcomed by the owners. The room was clean and nice albeit a bit small (we were 3 in a room). The price was reasonable at 100 $ a night breakfast included. We can recommend this place.

The motel is very conveniently located with clean, small, but well appointed rooms meant for a couple or family stopover that won't break the bank. Parking in front of your room, a 10 minute drive to downtown or a 10 minute walk to the Church Cap de la Madeleine. The couple who run the motel speak French with a smattering... More

It looks like a motel in the states, but it was so nice. The lady, even though we spoke no common language, was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I sleep with European sheets at home too so I loved the bed. The location on the river road is great. The little garden was great. I... More

This motel is small and friendly and easy to locate. It is situated close to the beautiful Sanctuary on the Cap de la Madeleine, which is worth a quick visit. The room was cosy, clean and neat but very small and cramped - luckily our suitcases could fit underneath the bed. Also no tea/coffee facility but the inclusive breakfast was... More

really well done !! the motel is very small only a couples of rooms, but the warmth that we felt here was something incredible, especially after some bad experience before ... the rooms are very comfortable, the sheets are so soft, and everything is done with lots of love ... the breakfast is exceptional homemade bread, jam, pastries .... just a suggestion... Room was nice but for sure on the small side. We've found the bed to be very tiny. Everything very clean though. We could hear a strange noise while falling asleep and found out that was the air co grid blowing air on the step of the bathroom... had to find something to put on top of it to reduce... More

It is tinny. The rooms are super tiny but get way tinier once they added the furniture. The furniture are dated & of cheap quality. There are kids stickers all over the bathroom walls (& even the old TV), to hide the holes behind them. The whole place is outdated and in desperate need of updating. The tiny bathroom's fan... Small friendly motel ? family run by German speaking Swiss. Room was small but adequate and very clean. Breakfast good and generous with yoghurts, fruit and different types of bread. Everything one wants for an overnight stay in a motel.

This old fashioned motel is very clean, nicely appointed, tiny, (and we are in a triple), but far from the city's sights and restaurants. The river is three blocks away; and an ice cream shop is about a block. There are no stairs and parking is merely a step or two from your door. Street noise is somewhat of an... More

It's a small, friendly motel (only 12 rooms) that's almost a throwback to the "good old days." The owners are Swiss and the hotel, not surprisingly, very clean. The rooms are small, but really all you need for sleeping. Breakfast reminded me of many B&B accommodations I've stayed in in Switzerland and smaller villages in that part of Europe --... More
