This hotel is ok but not more. Rooms are old, air conditionning is noisy. But the staff is friendly and it's clean. On the ground floor, you can park your car right in front of the patio door and unload your car directly into the room, which can be usefull sometimes. But, you cannot have the curtains open on the... More

I liked the hotel, clean and friendly and no issues with the French/English language. However, I do believe that the charge of $30.00 per night is quite outrageous to have your dog in your room. Firstly, our dog is very well trained and very hotel savvy. We have been travelling with dogs for more than 30 years and this is... More

We've been there 20 years ago. Nothing's changed. Well located for a one night. At the arrival the friendly clerk was efficient (August 9). Unfortunately, the air conditioned didn't work. Error message on the keyboard with a warmly 26 Celsius in the room. We changed within 5 minute with the help of the clerk. Thanks a lot. Breakfast is chaotic.... More

Comfort Inn in Sherbrooke isn't all bad; we got a good night's sleep, but it really has little to commend itself as a good place to stay - it just doesn't stand out at all, and has several shortcomings. The breakfast was pretty basic, and needs to be taken back to the room; the WiFi worked, but the service (Datavalet)... More

Great location on our way to Montreal. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. We had a problem starting our A/C and they came down immediately and got it started. We stayed on the second floor in a huge room. The room was very clean but dark. The carpet and decor are worn in need of a update. The hallway... More

Easy to find, and close to large Shopping Mall (The Bay/ Le Baie) eateries and gas stations. On a main route into town. Clean rooms, very comfortable bed and friendly front desk staff. Inside corridors but sliding door access to parking (on ground floor). Doors were double-locked. There is no breakfast room so food has to be taken back to... More

Because all the hotels at sherbrooke were sold out at my trip's time the only choice had was this and at the end Everything was really find! The front desk people were always nice specially Jean-Francois (a good talker btw) They speak English with no problem. So I can recommend this hotel considering my stay of 12 nights there...

We stayed for 1 night after skiing at Mont Orford. This location is typical of Comfort Inn's - the price is reasonable and you get a clean, familiar, predictable, basic place to stay the night. Would stay here again if just looking for a play to sleep in Sherbrooke.

Clean room; good beds. Breakfast was good, but no tables or chairs, so we had to bring it to the room. Our GPS may not have had this property listed correctly so we had a lot of trouble finding it. The patio doors opened to the parking lot, which was strange, but did expedite loading and unloading.

We stayed at Comfort Inn Sherbrooke on October 5th, 2013 as a spur of the moment getaway weekend. After a day filled with activites and a supper with friends, we arrived late, around 8pm, without a reservation. I worked in 4 hotels in Sherbrooke a couple of days ago as I was studying in Sherbrooke so I know a lot... More
