The Delta looks like it has been renovated recently, so it’s in good overall shape. The rooms are very standard, with the basic amenities one would expect from a 3 to 4 star hotel, but nothing special. For the value, it’s worth it. The hotel while one of the higher end options for Sherbrooke was less than expected for the $200 price. There was a hockey tournament staying at the hotel so we were put on a high floor which was considerate and quiet. The room was nicely furnished but in need of a facelift. more

The property is slow to address minor repair issues though - the hair dryer in my room did not work and instead of fixing it, they gave me a tiny travel hair dryer to borrow for the week.
