I went to the hotel a couple of week ago (during the weekend of the 20th of November). I was in Sherbrooke to see a couple of friends. All the staff I met was very nice and kind. One of the person at the frontdesk gave me a map to help me find he way to my friend's house. more

I don`t undrstand people being negative about the staff. Peoplo were very nice to me and available. The room was clean and very comfortable. The food at the restaurant was very good. I will go back anytime that I will be around for business. more

I think it's unfair to judge a hotel solely on one person's perceived negative exchange with one employee. Every hotel will have disputes of one sort or another in the course of events. Read all the reviews then make up your mind. There is a restaurant on first floor which serves full breakfasts but we did not have time to... more

I have had 3 separate hotel staff (reception, General Manager and accounting) tell me that my issue was taken care of. They then recanted and did not even bother to call me. When I called back to ask why, I spoke to the same General Manager (Eric Faust) who assured me that my issue was taken care of, he proceed... more

I have talked to the customer only once . She was never able to give us a cancellation number. Our cancellation policy is clear it is 24 hour in advance. Each time a customer cancel a room we automatically give him a cancellation number and that without any exception. This customer never called to cancel the rooms. She only called...

Spent a night with my wife and son, we had a very nice stay. The rooms were excellently decorated and the staff were very courteous. The pool and spa are awesome, the grotto is very unique in the area and an attraction with-in itself. Over all the rooms were very accommodating not to mention the free wi-fi internet and smoke... more

We were pleased with our room and the breakfasts served there - a bit disappointed that there was no lunch or dinner servce, but on balance were happy with our stay. There are still signs of ongoing renovations but all was quiet and well handled by maintenance staff. We would stay there again if the occasion presented itself. more

We were in eastern townships, Quebec last week-end to do some family bicycle and we decided to try the newly renovated "Le President". What a surprise to see the new rooms completly renovated with a lot of taste... If we would have only read the reviews from TA we would not have chosen that hotel because of the bad reviews.But... more

When you want a very good quality/price ratio near Sherbrooke it is the place to go. Service was fast and precise. The sunday brunch is excellent and not expensive. The hotel pool is a MUST with its SPA. I believe the management is behind a good service. When you want to be near the city and at the entry of... more
