We were very happy with our stay at the Bonsejours. It's not your standard chain hotel. Our mini-apartment was more spacious than usual and certainly comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and was large enough for easy cooking. The bathroom was good. Wifi in the room worked well. There's an excellent supermarket just across the street. I enjoyed staying in... More

The hotel is located in the lower part of the Old Town in an area which seems to be developing fast. The location is about a 20 minute walk up to the gates of the old town. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel area and a large grocery store directly across the street. The hotel has limited parking... More

Had an extended stay here in November 2009. Pros: unit was very spacious; free parking; good location; full kitchen. Cons: Very restrictive cancellation/revision policy; spotty internet service and no wifi; no loyalty program participation (points, etc); room had an odd odor; no pool; obviously spotty maintenance; old building shows its age; bed linens, carpeting, and furnishings were outdated and cheap;... We were 15 guys on a weekend trip together and occupied 5 rooms/suites. 2 were on the 2nd floor that were bigger, one with 2 bedrooms, and those were our "main" rooms. All rooms had at least 1 closed off room and full kitchen with all plates, utensils, etc... One of the rooms on the ground floor was just remodeled... More

We just got back from our family trip to Quebec City and had a great time. Our stay at the Bonsejours was excellent. We were travelling off-season so it was pretty quiet all over the city (a plus for us) and the rates were very reasonable. The front desk staff was very friendly and spoke perfect English, which was great... More

2nd time's a charm. Went with a group for "Carnaval" back in 2005 and loved it then. Returned this past weekend and it was even better. The apartment we were in (2 queen bedrooms, kitchen, living room) was completely renovated with simple but nice furniture, super comfy beds, big kitchen, 3 flat screen TVs, basin sink in bathroom and a... Myself and 13 of my classmates from Vancouver Island British Columbia travelled to Quebec City for the first time to attend a conference from October 3-13th. This hotel fit all of our needs! It was clean, spacious, with all the comforts of an apartment at home. We couldn't have asked for better service, hotel and price. Would RECOMMEND IT TO... More

This hotel is just outside of old Quebec in St. Roch. A brisk 10 minute walk, or in our case a 20 minute stroll. I really was not expecting much. I had tried to book in old Quebec, but waited too long, and I was traveling with two teen girls, and one teen boy who all wanted their own beds.... More

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the trendy neighbourhood of St-Roch, just a 15 minute walk from Place d'Youville, Vieux Québec. It is a very tidy and clean hotel, but lacks in elevators, parking and restaurant. Our suite gave us plenty of space to move around and live. The kitchen was adequately supplied with dishes/cutlery/pots and pans.... More
