Stayed here for 2 nights in August. We has 2 rooms and we shared a bathroom between the four of us. The building is old and full of character. We also had a large sitting area with a communal fridge and access to the garden. The rooms were comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated to reflect the age of the building.... More

A convent from the 1700s I believe. Really enjoyed our three day stay here. We had both rooms on the second floor. Beautiful original hardwood floors, eclectic decor. Antiques, things from Morocco, etc . Little microwave and fridge. Loved it!!! Conveniently located. You do have to do a little walking jn Quebec. Highly recommend for a small, intimate atmosphere with... More

The building is located next to the old city and the main conference centers. I was there for 4 days, and even though the building is a bit old, the rooms are clean, and there is a kitchen and a living room. Caroline, the host, prepares one of the best breakfast I have ever had in a B&B, she really... More

It's a pretty nice B&B, inexpensive, well-located on a quiet street, walkable distance from most places of interest and activities, with nicely decorated rooms and pretty good breakfast. Just be aware that you might have to sleep with an open door when the weather is hot because there is no air-conditioning in rooms; and that you might be woken up... More

Me and my daughter stayed here last October - everything starting from location to host's wonderful service is appreciable - what really made me to write this review is that I had forgotten something there and she made such an effort to mail it to my address without knowing that if I will pay the postage - all in all... My husband and I are sitting outside in the back garden (on the deck) of B&B À l'Augustine in Quebec City, Canada and loving it. We bought some great cheese, pate, and crackers at a European style shop on Ste. Jean Street a couple of blocks away and are relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing. The breakfast this morning... We chose the suite with private bathroom on the main floor. While it looked pretty in the photos, the finishing was very poorly executed (think plywood TV stand in the middle of a turn of the century stone wall or a tiled shower in terracotta that was glued to a 2x4 board frame). The room was attached to main house... More

We spent a night here during our stay in Old Quebec City during the Winter Carnival in February. This location is the heart of Old Quebec City and is within walking distance of many restaurants and Parliament. It was within walking distance to the carnival as well which was fantastic. Excellent Location. The Inn keepers were very hospitable and made... More

Thank Khaoula and Youness' hospitable reception. You are really a gentle and kind couple. I had a good sleep in your B&B. The room is clean, spacious and warm. You can control the temperature by yourselves. The bed is cozy. Everything in this B&B is so nice. Plus, the breakfast is also delicious. I will never forget this wonderful trip... More

The atmosphere of A l'Augustine is very nice. The food is spectacular and the staff is amazing. I had an early morning flight and left for the airport at 430am and they had breakfast waiting for me ... absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this B&B to anyone who wants a great location (right next to Old Quebec) and thoughtful and... More
